网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突及其应对研究

【摘要】:师生关系是教育活动中最基本、最重要的关系,也是教育领域一直以来关注的焦点。教师和学生是存在异质性和差异性的两类群体,师生冲突是普遍存在的。随着网络时代的到来,师生交往的环境变得更为丰富与复杂,网络深刻影响着师生关系的和谐发展,师生冲突不仅是教育问题,也已经成为一个社会问题。正确看待并合理解决网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突,有利于在当前的时代背景下建立和谐平等的师生关系,推进和谐教育。本文基于社会学中的社会建构论视角,把网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突看作一种社会实在,这种社会实在是通过与其他的社会因素的交互作用而形成自身的。因此本文遵循“学校——社会”这一主线,在时间上不局限于前网络时代,把高中课堂师生冲突放置在网络时代这一大背景下,网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突有其独特的表现;在空间上不局限于教学场域,而把视角转向更广阔的社会,各类社会主体对高中课堂师生冲突的出现与解决具有重要影响;在研究视角上不局限于把师生冲突看作一种教育关系,同时把其看作一种特殊的社会关系,在特定的时代背景——网络时代下,与其他社会因素相互作用形成自身。本文采用文献研究法、文本分析法,访谈法及案例分析法研究网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突。本文把高中课堂师生冲突看作一种社会实在,以网络对师生关系构建主体的影响为切入点探讨网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突,通过分析网络时代背景下的高中课堂师生冲突现状,提出并论证网络时代高中课堂师生冲突产生的原因,最后提出解决师生冲突的对策。本文主要分六个部分深入论证本研究涉及的相关问题。第一部分:引言。通过对网络时代以及师生冲突进行文献分析,发现目前对网络时代的新型教学方式——网络教育的研究较多,但是把“网络”作为一种社会实在对师生关系的影响的研究很少,进而把网络和师生冲突结合起来进行研究的现实意义与理论意义进行分析,提出网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突研究。最后概述本研究展开的基本思路和采用的研究方法。第二部分:本文研究的理论基础及相关概念。本文对社会建构论进行阐述,分析了社会建构论的本质意涵以及社会建构论关于社会问题的研究。接着阐述社会冲突理论的相关内容,分析了社会冲突理论对教育领域的影响。其次对传播学的基本理论进行阐述,分析了网络传播理论的相关内容。最后对网络时代、师生冲突以及网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突进行概念界定。第三部分:对网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突进行现实考察。本研究采用文本分析法和案例分析法,分析网络时代高中课堂师生冲突的现状,概括出网络时代高中课堂师生冲突具有“师生冲突的频度增加,恶性、极端的师生冲突引起广泛关注,传播速度快、范围广,危害性强”的特征,并把网络时代的高中课堂师生冲突分类为三种类型,即任务冲突、关系冲突和过程冲突。第四部分:网络时代高中课堂师生冲突产生的原因分析。本研究循着“学校与社会”这条线索,分析网络时代高中课堂师生冲突产生的原因。本研究发现网络时代高中课堂师生冲突产生的原因主要有以下几个方面。教师权威的动摇是引发高中课堂师生冲突的重要根源;高中生的独特性是引发高中课堂师生冲突的重要原因;学校组织内在机制的不完善是引发高中课堂师生冲突的另一原因;网络的风险特性激化高中课堂师生冲突。第五部分:应对网络时代高中课堂师生冲突的行动探索。针对网络时代高中课堂师生冲突产生的原因,进而提出网络时代师生关系的健康发展需要教师、学生、学校、网络媒体、网民的共同努力。第一,教师接纳师生冲突,重塑教师权威;第二,学生加强自我约束,激发道德信念;第三,学校建立适应时代发展的高中师生管理模式,完善高中师生冲突事件的网络监管和网络事件应对机制;第四,网络媒体加强行业自律,客观报道高中课堂师生冲突,网民提高道德意识,理性参与高中课堂师生冲突的讨论。通过相关社会主体的共同行动,重新构建网络时代健康的、和谐的师生关系。第六部分:本研究的结语部分。首先,这一部分回顾了本研究的主要内容,总结了网络时代的师生关系正迈向冲突时代;其次,总结本研究的研究视角和研究的主要内容;再次,提出了本研究的许多内容有待进一步的深入研究与探讨;最后提出了本人对教育工作的展望。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic, the most important relationship, is also the focus of the field of education has always been concerned. The teachers and students there are two groups of heterogeneity and diversity, the conflict is universal. With the advent of the Internet era, teacher-student communication environment has become more complex and rich, profound network affect the harmonious development of the relationship between teachers and students, the conflict between teachers and students is not only the issue of education, but also has become a social problem. Correctly and reasonable solution to the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in network era, is conducive to the establishment of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the context of the current era, promote the harmonious education. This paper from the perspective of social construction based on the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in network era as a kind of social reality, the social reality is formed by interaction with other social factors of their own. This paper follows "the main line of the school and society", in time is not limited to the pre Internet era, the conflicts between teachers and students in high school classroom is placed in the background of the Internet age, the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in network era has its unique performance; the space is not limited to the teaching field, and to view to the broader society, various social subjects have an important influence on the conflict between teachers and students in high school classroom and the solution; in the research perspective is not limited to the conflict between teachers and students as a kind of education, and put it as a special kind of social relations, in particular background of the network era, and other social factors form. This paper adopts the method of literature research, text analysis method, the high school classroom teacher-student conflict interview method and case analysis of the Internet age. The teacher-student conflict in classroom as A kind of social existence, influence of subject construction of teacher-student relationship in the network as the starting point of the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in the era of network, through the analysis of the status of the conflict between teachers and students in high school classroom under the background of network, puts forward and proves the reasons of network era conflict between teachers and students in high school classroom, finally put forward the countermeasures to solve the conflict between teachers and students. This paper is divided into six a part of issues involved in this study. The first part: introduction. Through the analysis of literature on the network era and the conflict between teachers and students, found that the current of new teaching mode in the network era, network education research more, but the "network" is little research on the relationship between teacher and student as a kind of society, and the theoretical and practical significance of network and the conflict between teachers and students together to study the analysis, put forward the network era of high school classroom Study on conflict. Finally, an overview of the basic ideas of this research and the research methods. The second part: the related concepts and the theoretical basis of this study. Based on the social constructivism are expounded, analyzed the essence of social constructivism and social constructivism research implications on social problems. Secondly, expatiate on the basic theory of communication, analyzing the relevant contents of network communication theory. The third part: Practical Study of the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in the network era. This study adopts the method of text analysis and case analysis, analysis of the current situation of the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in the era of network, summarizes the network era The conflict between teachers and students in the classroom with the frequency of conflict between teachers and students, vicious, extreme conflict between teachers and students has aroused widespread concern, the spread of fast, wide range of features, strong harmfulness ", and the conflict between teachers and students in high school classroom in the era of network into three types, namely, task conflict, relationship conflict and process conflict. The fourth part: analysis of the causes of the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in network era produced. The fifth part: the high school classroom teacher-student conflict in the network era. The reasons for the action to explore the conflict between teachers and students in high school classroom network era is generated, and then put forward the healthy development of the relationship between teachers and students in the network era requires teachers, students, schools, Internet media, Internet users to work together at first, teachers accept the conflict between teachers and students, reshape the teacher authority; second, strengthen students' self-discipline, stimulate the moral belief; third, the establishment of the school to high school teachers and students management mode of the development of the times, improve the network supervision and network events of high school teachers and students conflict coping mechanism; fourth, network media to strengthen self-discipline, objectively reported high school classroom teachers and students the conflict, netizens raise moral consciousness, rational discussion in teacher-student conflict in classroom. Through the related social subjects Move, re build the network era healthy, harmonious relationship between teachers and students. The sixth part is the conclusion of this study.
