高中体育特长生文化学习与专项竞训协调发展机制研究

【摘要】:受教学中心主义和应试教育思想的影响,高中体育特长生这一特殊群体,他们的文化学习与专项竞训的矛盾一直存在,面对“体育回归教育”的基本理念,该做出如何处理,显得尤为必要。本文以高中体育特长生文化学习与专项竞训的协调发展机制为主要研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等方法,对这一问题进行了梳理和探究,研究认为:(1)高中体育特长生参与竞训的途径主要是教师鼓励(76.6%),参与竞训的年限主要为1到2年(53.6%),影响文化课成绩的自评因素中教师的不重视是主要因素(90.9%),参训动因中实现大学梦想是主要因素(100%)。(2)体育特长生文化学习与专项竞训之间存在的突出问题主要有难以克服的时间冲突、锦标主义的思想观念、显隐并存的管理制度及难以协调的学习与竞训。(3)文化学习与专项竞训协调发展机制首先需确立学校体育回归教育为指导思想的基本定位,回顾百余年我国学校体育思想,无论是早期的军国民体育,还是自然主义体育思想,再是后来的体质教育思想及多元化体育思想,延续到今天,“健全学生人格”品质的教育思想应是立足之本,也是长远之计,更是破解这一矛盾的钥匙,当然,这就需要在国家治理层面做出不懈努力。(4)文化学习与专项竞训协调发展机制模式的核心在于“健全学生人格品质”,也是学校体育回归教育的基本着力点,实现竞训与学习的这一原点融合既需要国家相关体育制度和学校体育制度的引导和权威治理,也需要家长和学生的理念转变。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of teaching-centrism and exam-oriented education thought, the contradiction between their cultural study and special training has always existed in the special group of high school physical education students. In the face of the basic idea of "physical education returning to education", how to deal with this problem,It is especially necessary.This paper takes the coordinated development mechanism of cultural study and special competition training as the main research object, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and so on, to sort out and explore this problem.The study shows that the main way for senior high school PE students to participate in the competition is to encourage them to participate in the competition, and the number of years of participation in the competition is mainly from 1 to 2 years. Among the self-evaluation factors that affect the achievement of cultural classes, the teacher's neglect is the main factor, and the main factor is to participate in the training.Because the realization of college dream in middle school is the main factor, there is a major time conflict between the cultural study and the special competition training of the special students of physical education.The harmonious development mechanism of cultural learning and special training should firstly establish the basic orientation of school physical education returning to education as the guiding ideology.Looking back more than a hundred years on the thought of physical education in schools in our country, whether it was the early military and national sports, the naturalist sports thought, and the later physique education thought and the pluralistic sports thought, which has continued to this day,The quality of "sound student personality" education should be based on the foundation, is also a long-term plan, but also the key to solve this contradiction, of course,Therefore, we need to make unremitting efforts at the level of national governance. 4) the core of the coordinated development mechanism between cultural learning and special training is "improving students' personality quality", which is also the basic focus of school physical education returning to education.To realize the integration of competitive training and learning requires not only the guidance and authority of the national sports system and school physical education system, but also the change of parents' and students' idea.
