新高考走班制教学下高中化学课教学面临的挑战与对策研究

【摘要】:2014年9月份,国务院发布《关于深化考试招生制度的实施意见》,之后相继出台了一系列补充高考的文件,意味着新的一轮高考改革正式启动。本次高考改革在学生的成绩评价方式、考试科目的设置及考试内容的选择等方面都有巨大的改变。2014年的这次高考改革对于高中化学课,不仅是一次全面发展的机会,更是一次空前困难的挑战。据此,本文着重了解当前新方案对试点地区化学课的影响,研究在高考改革试点阶段因为新的高考考试制度引起的一系列问题,总结高中化学课教学在新高考改革阶段的发展状况,提出适于后期全国推广实施时可采取的建议。此次高考改革与传统高考最大的区别在于实行了选考制度,因此也造成了高中教学不得不实行走班制教学的现状。走班制这种学习组织方式在我国发展之初是为了弥补传统的班级授课制无法兼顾学生的差异性的缺点应运而生的,新高考倡导的走班制学习组织形式,在选择上提升了学生的自主性,较传统高考而言,照顾到学生的个体差异性,实现了对学生的可持续发展。目前试点地区已经大面积实行走班制的学习组织形式,但是由于整体的运行方案并不成熟且并无借鉴的范本导致各个学校之间在组织形式上,管理措施上均不相同,导致学习效果存在着很大的差异。本文主要在充分了解新高考改革的政策变化下,通过了解学生对高考实行选考政策和考试形式的改变以及高中教学采取走班制学习组织方式等几方面的意见,探究新高考政策调整对高中化学课教学的影响。采取问卷和访谈调查的形式对浙江省诸暨中学的化学课教学现状进行研究,探究在当下试点地区化学教学过程中可能存在的问题。并从学生、教师、学校三角度提出解决对策。以期寻求科学、合理的解决方案。在新高考改革方案的试行期间,一线教师和各类高中学校都需顺应历史的改革潮流,发挥自我优势,提升工作竞争力。与此同时,也需要针对自身存在的问题,增大课程管理和校本课程开发能力,促进改革的顺利进行。
[Abstract]:In September 2014, the State Council issued "suggestions on deepening the examination enrollment system", followed by a series of documents to supplement the college entrance examination, which means a new round of college entrance examination reform is officially launched. The college entrance examination reform has made tremendous changes in the way students evaluate their grades, the setting of examination subjects and the selection of examination contents. The 2014 college entrance examination reform is not only an opportunity for the overall development of senior high school chemistry courses, It is an unprecedented challenge. Based on this, this paper focuses on the impact of the current new scheme on the chemistry courses in the pilot areas, and studies a series of problems caused by the new college entrance examination examination system in the pilot stage of the reform of the college entrance examination. This paper summarizes the development of chemistry teaching in the reform stage of the new college entrance examination, and puts forward some suggestions suitable for the later stage of national popularization and implementation. The biggest difference between the reform of the college entrance examination and the traditional one lies in the practice of the selective examination system, which also results in the current situation that the high school teaching has to implement the class walking system. In order to make up for the shortcoming of traditional class teaching system which can not take into account the difference of students, the study organization mode of walking class system advocated by the new college entrance examination came into being in order to make up for the shortcomings of traditional class teaching system in the beginning of the development of our country. Compared with the traditional college entrance examination, it takes into account the individual differences of the students and realizes the sustainable development of the students. At present, the pilot area has carried out the study organization form of shift system in a large area, but because the whole operation plan is not mature and there is no model for reference, each school has different organizational form and management measures. There are great differences in learning effects. In this paper, with the full understanding of the policy changes of the new college entrance examination reform, the author tries to understand the students' opinions on the policy of selecting the examination for the college entrance examination and the change of the examination form, as well as the way that the senior high school teaching adopts the "walking class system" to study and organize, etc. Explore the influence of the new college entrance examination policy adjustment on chemistry teaching in senior high school. The present situation of chemistry teaching in Zhuji Middle School in Zhejiang Province is studied by means of questionnaire and interview to explore the possible problems in the process of chemistry teaching in the present pilot area. And from the students, teachers, schools three angles to solve the problem. In order to seek scientific, reasonable solutions. During the trial period of the new college entrance examination reform program, teachers and all kinds of senior high schools should conform to the trend of history reform, give play to their own advantages and enhance their job competitiveness. At the same time, it is necessary to increase the ability of curriculum management and school-based curriculum development to promote the smooth progress of reform.
