教育游戏对初中生计算思维能力的影响研究

【摘要】:具备计算思维能力是信息化社会的需要,也是每个人应具备的基本技能之一。教育游戏作为一种兼具教育性和游戏性的新型教学手段,其目标分层性、情景性、过关性和纠错性等得天独厚的教学特征,为计算思维能力的培养开辟了新道路。目前,运用教育游戏培养计算思维的研究多集中在大学计算机课的教学,针对初中生的研究很少。计算思维的本质是抽象性,并强调问题求解及启发式推理,初中生正处于抽象的逻辑思维阶段,是培养学生计算思维能力的重要时机。因此,有必要探索和研究教育游戏对初中生计算思维能力的影响。本研究运用文献法、实验研究法、问卷调查法和统计分析方法四种研究方法,分析了教育游戏与计算思维能力的研究现状,探索了计算思维的核心要素和计算思维能力的维度,进而探究了教育游戏相关的计算思维能力的三个维度,分别是问题提炼能力、问题约简能力和问题优化能力。以《我的世界》教学版作为教育游戏平台,使用海龟岛编程知识教育游戏作为教学(游戏)内容,对延吉市某中学七年七班的41名学生开展为期8周的游戏教学,使用编制的《计算思维能力前测题》、《计算思维能力后测题》和《教育游戏教学特征测试题》作为调查工具,对学生进行测试。测试结果为:(1)教育游戏的目标分层性和过关性可以显著提高七年级学生的问题提炼能力。(2)教育游戏的情境性和目标分层性可以显著提高七年级学生的问题约简能力。(3)教育游戏的纠错性、过关性和情境性可以显著提高七年级学生的问题优化能力。
[Abstract]:The ability of calculating thinking is the need of information society and one of the basic skills that everyone should possess. As a new teaching method with both education and game, educational games have unique teaching characteristics, such as stratification, situational, clearance and error correction, which have opened up a new way for the cultivation of computational thinking ability. At present, the research of using educational games to cultivate computational thinking is mainly focused on the teaching of college computer courses, but few on junior high school students. The essence of computational thinking is abstract and emphasizes problem solving and heuristic reasoning. Junior high school students are in the abstract logical thinking stage, which is an important opportunity to cultivate students' computational thinking ability. Therefore, it is necessary to explore and study the influence of educational games on junior high school students'computational thinking ability. This study uses four research methods: literature method, experimental research method, questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method, to analyze the current research situation of educational game and computational thinking ability, and to explore the core elements of computational thinking and the dimension of computational thinking ability. Then it explores the three dimensions of the computational thinking ability related to educational games, namely the ability of problem extraction, the ability of problem reduction and the ability of problem optimization. Taking the "my World" teaching edition as the educational game platform and using the Turtle Island programming knowledge education game as the teaching (game) content, the eight-week game teaching was conducted to 41 students in seven classes of a seven year middle school in Yanji City. The students were tested by using the pre-test of computational thinking ability, the post-test question of computational thinking ability and the test of teaching characteristics of educational games. The result of the test is: 1) the goal stratification and clearance of educational games can significantly improve the problem extraction ability of the seventh graders.) the situational and goal stratification of educational games can significantly improve the problem reduction ability of the seventh graders. Power 3) the error-correcting nature of educational games, Clearance and situational can significantly improve the seventh grade students' ability of problem optimization.
