高中思想政治课对学生法治认同的培养策略研究

【摘要】:法治认同是社会大众群体对自己国家法治体系中包含的法律规范和法治蕴含价值的普遍接受与认可,且能内化于心自觉规范自己的行为。全球化信息化时代中,多元价值理念冲突,部分高中生存在心理上不认同也不信任法治,缺乏对法治的正确认知。思想政治课作为法治认同培养的重要载体,需要培养符合社会主义法治国家规范要的高中生。崇尚遵守法治的前提是要认同法治,捍卫法治的实践动力也来认同,这些理应需要通过思想政治课来培养。本文通过分析法治认同的研究成果结合思想政治课,梳理法治认同的概念,提出高中生法治认同的特征,并区分法治认同与法律认同、法制认同这几个易于混淆的概念。虽然在实际教学中,法治已经得到广泛的重视,普法教育已经取得一定成效,但由与一些贪污腐败、执法冲突等社会现实,冲击着高中生对法治的认同。高中生法治认同不足具体表现在:法治信任感、敬畏感、责任感不强,缺乏法治价值体验过程,对法治的政治性认知存在偏差。本文在研究结果的基础上,依据当前高中生法治认同不足的主要原因,归纳总结高中生法治认同培养的主要几个方面,即:法治情感的激发、法治价值体验过程、法治的政治性认知。从高中生法治情感认同—价值体验—行为认同的三个阶段提出了法治认同培养教学的具体实施策略,即在教学过程中对学生法治情感激发、价值体验过程中对案例情境的设置、以及对教学评价的要求几个方面。在法治认同培养策略实施的同时,增强实践结合思想政治课教材《经济生活》第一单元,《神奇的货币》两课时教学设计,把法治认同培养落实到教学中,以期为高中思想政治课教学提供一定借鉴。
[Abstract]:The recognition of the rule of law is the general acceptance and recognition of the legal norms contained in the legal system and the value implied by the rule of law in the legal system of our country, and can be internalized into the consciousness of the mind to regulate their own behavior. In the era of globalization and information, some high school students do not recognize and trust the rule of law psychologically, and lack correct cognition of the rule of law. As an important carrier of the cultivation of the identity of the rule of law, ideological and political courses need to train high school students who conform to the norms of the socialist country ruled by law. The premise of upholding and obeying the rule of law is to identify with the rule of law and the practical motive force to defend the rule of law, which should be cultivated through ideological and political lessons. Through analyzing the research results of the identity of the rule of law combined with the ideological and political course, this paper combs the concept of the identity of the rule of law, puts forward the characteristics of the identity of the rule of law of high school students, and distinguishes the identity of the rule of law from the identity of the law, the identification of the legal system Although in the actual teaching, the rule of law has been widely paid attention to, legal education has achieved certain results, but by some corruption, law enforcement conflicts and other social realities, impact on senior high school students to the recognition of the rule of law. The lack of high school students' recognition of the rule of law is manifested in the following aspects: the sense of trust in the rule of law, the sense of awe, the lack of sense of responsibility, the lack of the experience process of the value of the rule of law, and the deviation of On the basis of the research results, according to the main reasons of the current high school students' legal identity deficiency, this paper summarizes the main aspects of the high school students' legal identity cultivation, namely: the stimulation of the emotion of the rule of law, the process of the value experience of the rule of law. Political cognition of the rule of law From the three stages of senior high school students' legal emotion identity, value experience and behavior identity, this paper puts forward the concrete implementation strategy of the cultivation of rule of law identity teaching, that is, to stimulate students' emotion of rule of law in the teaching process, and to set up the case situation in the process of value experience. And the requirements of teaching evaluation in several aspects. At the same time of carrying out the training strategy of identity of the rule of law, we should strengthen the combination of practice and the teaching design of the first unit of "Economic Life" in the course of ideological and political course, and the "magical currency" in two class hours. In order to provide certain reference for high school ideological and political teaching.
