地理课程中培养全球胜任力的理论与路径研究

【摘要】:伴随着工业化与城市化的快速发展,人地矛盾日益突出,全球性环境问题也日趋严峻,各国亟需通力协作以谋求世界的可持续发展。与此同时,在信息化与全球化的冲击下,资金、人力、市场等在世界范围内发生转移,由此带来了日益激烈的世界文化碰撞与国际人才竞争。面对以上种种危机与挑战,"全球胜任力"思想应运而生,并逐渐在教育领域得以重视与发展。地理作为一门综合性、应用性很强的学科,课程的性质与教学内容决定其在全球胜任力的培养中具有独特而又重要的价值。本研究主要由五部分构成:第一,探讨了培养全球胜任力的理论基础,包括人力资本理论、生态伦理学基础以及后现代主义教育思想。第二,通过广泛的文献阅读与研究,将全球胜任力的概念界定为对学生作为世界公民与国际人才双重身份的综合素养要求,并对已有的全球胜任力指标体系与模型进行介绍。第三,结合上述研究成果,参考"胜任力"的特征结构与模型,构建了"基于情境的全球胜任力层次模型",并从知识、技能、态度与价值观、行动四个维度,明确了该模型中构成全球胜任力的具体要素。第四,基于地理学科核心素养以及沪教版高中地理教材内容,分析了在高中地理课程中培养学生全球胜任力的可行性。第五,在理论研究的基础上,提出了在高中地理课程中培养学生全球胜任力的三条有效路径,分别是针对教材知识点补充素材,拓展教学深度;以审美为手段,形成对世界的实质性认识;依据主题探究"3原则",开展跨学科融合教学。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization, the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more prominent, and the global environmental problems are becoming more and more serious. Countries urgently need to work together to seek the sustainable development of the world. At the same time, under the impact of information and globalization, capital, manpower, market and so on have been transferred around the world, which has brought increasingly fierce world culture collision and international talent competition. In the face of the above crises and challenges, the idea of "global competence" emerges as the times require, and is gradually attached importance to and developed in the field of education. Geography, as a comprehensive and applied subject, has a unique and important value in the cultivation of global competence because of its nature and teaching content. This study consists of five parts: first, the theoretical basis of cultivating global competence, including the theory of human capital, ecological ethics and postmodernism education thought. Secondly, through extensive literature reading and research, the concept of global competence is defined as the comprehensive literacy requirement for students to be both world citizens and international talents, and the existing global competency index system and model are introduced. Thirdly, according to the above research results and referring to the characteristic structure and model of "competence", this paper constructs a "global competency level model based on situation", which includes four dimensions: knowledge, skill, attitude and values, and action. The specific elements of the model that constitute global competence are defined. Fourthly, based on the core accomplishment of geography and the content of geography textbook of Shanghai high school, this paper analyzes the feasibility of cultivating students' global competence in high school geography curriculum. Fifthly, on the basis of theoretical research, this paper puts forward three effective ways to cultivate students' global competence in senior high school geography curriculum. To form a substantive understanding of the world and explore the "three principles" according to the theme, and carry out interdisciplinary integration teaching.
