【摘要】：正教育均衡是实现教育公平的基础和前提。由于区域经济发展不平衡和城乡差距,我国基础教育在区域、城乡和学校之间严重不均衡。因此,促进基础教育均衡发展是我国当前和今后相当长时间内的重要任务。《教育规划纲要》明确提出,推进义务教育均衡发展。2014年,教育部等五部委联合发布的《构建利用信息化手段扩大优质教育资源覆盖面
[Abstract]:The balance of positive education is the foundation and premise to realize educational fairness. Due to the imbalance of regional economic development and the gap between urban and rural areas, basic education in China is seriously unbalanced between regions, urban and rural areas and schools. Therefore, promoting balanced development of basic education is an important task for our country at present and for quite a long time to come. The outline of the Education Program clearly proposes to promote the balanced development of compulsory education. < Construction and use of Informatization means to expand the coverage of High quality Education Resources, issued jointly by the Ministry of Education and other five Ministries
