初中学生班级自主管理实施策略的实践研究

【摘要】：当前,我国正在进行新一轮的基础教育课程改革,这一次变革的目标是要突出学生的主体地位,强调学生的全面发展,重视培养学生的独立性和自主性。随着新课改的不断推进,人们逐渐认识到,传统的教师道德说教的管理方式已不能适应新时期学生发展的需要,追求学生自我教育、自我发展的班级管理方式已成为广大家长及社会对学校教育的殷切希望。目前已有较多的教师及专家学者对中学生班级自主管理进行了研究,其研究的视角多集中在理论性的讨论,如,对班级自主管理的理论观点、看法或结构模式,而针对具体实施措施的研究不是很多。本研究以成都市天府新区J中学为研究对象,通过调查问卷、访谈、行动研究等研究方法,对初中学生班级自主管理的实施策略进行实践研究,希望探索一套有针对性的具体措施,为广大同仁提供一些切实可行的建议。本论文包括六个部分。第一部分,将陈述选题背景及意义、初中学生班级自主管理相关的文献综述;第二部分,通过问卷、访谈对J中学班级管理的现状进行调查,对所搜集到的数据和资料进行分析,并同时分析其中存在问题的主要原因,包括:教育大环境的影响、学校及学生家庭环境的不良影响、教师自身教育观念落后的影响;第三部分,阐述初中学生班级自主管理特点及应遵循的一些原则,包括全面性原则、自主性原则、民主性原则、发展性原则等;第四部分,陈述初中学生班级自主管理的实践过程,分前期建设、中期完善、后期督导三个阶段;第五部分,对初中学生班级自主管理的实践进行总结,包括实践中取得的成效及出现的问题及对策建议的讨论;最后一部分为结论部分,对本文的研究得失进行一个总结回顾。
[Abstract]:At present, a new round of basic education curriculum reform is being carried out in our country. The goal of this reform is to highlight the main position of students, emphasize the all-round development of students, and attach importance to the cultivation of students' independence and autonomy. With the continuous development of the new curriculum reform, people gradually realize that the traditional management mode of teacher moral preaching can no longer meet the needs of the students' development in the new era, and pursue the students' self-education. Self-development of class management has become the parents and society to school education ardent hope. At present, many teachers and experts and scholars have carried on the research to the middle school students' class autonomy management, its research angle of view mostly concentrates on the theoretical discussion, for example, the theory view, the view or the structure pattern of the class autonomy management. However, there are not many studies on specific implementation measures. This study takes J Middle School in Tianfu New District of Chengdu as the research object, through questionnaire, interview, action research and other research methods, carries on the practice research to the implementation strategy of the junior middle school students' class autonomy management. Hope to explore a set of targeted specific measures for the majority of colleagues to provide some practical suggestions. This thesis includes six parts. The first part, will state the background and significance of the topic, junior high school students class autonomy management related literature review; part two, through questionnaires, interviews on the status of J middle school class management survey, The data and data collected are analyzed, and the main reasons for the problems are also analyzed, including: the impact of the educational environment, the negative impact of the school and students' family environment, the impact of teachers' own backward concept of education; The third part expounds the characteristics of the independent management of junior middle school students and some principles that should be followed, including the comprehensive principle, the autonomy principle, the democratic principle, the development principle and so on. The paper states the practical process of independent management of junior middle school students, which is divided into three stages: early construction, middle period improvement and late supervision. Part five summarizes the practice of junior middle school students' independent class management. The last part is the conclusion part, which is a summary and review of the research results and losses in this paper.
