魏书生语文教育思想和教学方法研究及现实启示

【摘要】:魏书生,语文特级教师,他在语文教育教学上举得了举世瞩目的成就,其教育思想作为特定时代的产物,不仅得益于魏书生本人对语文教学工作的孜孜不倦和努力追求,同时也是在吸收、借鉴其他语文教育家教育思想的基础上经过大胆创新得出了教育思想结晶。魏书生教育思想作为我国教育理论资源的宝贵财富,对一线教师的成长有着非常重要的作用。从20世纪70年代始,魏书生在普通学苗、师资和办学条件下,在理论和实践的融合下,逐步探索了一条成功的育人之路。在改革开放发展的大背景下,语文教学界出现了各种改革的浪潮,最为彻底、最为深刻的当属魏书生。魏书生对于语文教学思想,他个人做了非常多的创新和积极探索,其中,关于教书与育人的关系、科学与民主等方面有着突出的成就,对我国当前语文教学起到了非常巨大的指导作用。民主是魏书生语文教学思想的关键,他主张以"学生为本",尊重学生的个性,体现课堂平等,科学主要就是通过先进的教学方法和教学手段来提高教育教学的质量,体现教学活动的有序性、系统化和创新性,在教育和育人方面,以生本原则为先导,在教学过程中坚持学生的主体性,从学生的根本利益出发,最终提高学生的语文素养。在创新思想的引导下,魏书生紧紧抓住教育改革的大旗,实现了语文教育教学思想的创新。本文主要是从四个部分进行了分析,第一部分是绪论,主要对本文研究的背景、意义、现状及创新之处进行分析,进一步明确了本文研究的主要意图和写作思路;第二部分从魏书生生平、教育经历、主要贡献三个方面入手,对魏书生的教育思想进行了总结;第三部分在阐述魏书生语文教育思想的基础上,从写作教学、阅读教学、文言文教学、课堂氛围四个方面详细论述了魏书生的语文教育思想与教学方法,展示了魏书生在语文教学方面的创新;第四部分从影响和启示两个方面对魏书生语文教育思想进行了总结,在影响层面,魏书生语文教育思想不仅突破了语文教材的局限性和明确了师生关系的转变,同时开启了学生知识能力体系的构建和学生主体能力的提升,在启示层面,一方面有利于教师角色的转变和师生关系的融洽,另一方面则会强化对语文教学评价指导。总之,魏书生语文教育思想不仅具有丰富的理论研究意义,同时能够提高一线语文教师的教学能力和水平,为语文课堂的优化和完善奠定重要的基础。
[Abstract]:Wei Shusheng, a special Chinese teacher, has achieved remarkable achievements in Chinese education and teaching. His educational thought, as a product of a specific era, not only benefits from Wei Shusheng's tireless and diligent pursuit of Chinese teaching, At the same time, on the basis of absorbing and drawing lessons from the educational thoughts of other Chinese educationalists, the crystallization of educational thoughts is obtained through bold innovation. Wei Shusheng's educational thought, as a valuable resource of educational theory in China, plays an important role in the growth of teachers. Since the 1970s, Wei Shusheng has gradually explored a successful way of educating people under the conditions of general learning, teachers and running a school, under the combination of theory and practice. Under the background of reform and opening up, there are many kinds of reform in the field of Chinese teaching, the most thorough and profound is Wei Shusheng. Wei Shusheng personally made a lot of innovations and positive explorations in the teaching of Chinese. Among them, he made outstanding achievements on the relationship between teaching and educating people, science and democracy, etc. It plays a very important role in guiding Chinese teaching in our country. Democracy is the key of Wei Shusheng's Chinese teaching thought. He advocates "student-oriented", respects students' individuality and embodies classroom equality. Science is mainly to improve the quality of education and teaching through advanced teaching methods and means. It embodies the order, systematization and innovation of teaching activities. In the aspects of education and education, we should take the principle of students as the guide, adhere to the students' subjectivity in the teaching process, proceed from the students' fundamental interests, and finally improve the students' Chinese literacy. Under the guidance of innovative thought, Wei Shusheng grasped the banner of education reform and realized the innovation of Chinese teaching thought. This paper is mainly from four parts of the analysis, the first part is the introduction, mainly on the background, significance, status quo and innovation of this study analysis, further clear the main intention of this study and writing ideas; The second part summarizes Wei Shusheng's educational thought from three aspects of Wei Shusheng's life, education experience and main contribution. This paper discusses Wei Shusheng's Chinese education thoughts and teaching methods from four aspects of classical Chinese teaching and classroom atmosphere, and shows Wei Shusheng's innovation in Chinese teaching. The fourth part summarizes Wei Shusheng's Chinese education thoughts from the aspects of influence and enlightenment. At the influence level, Wei Shusheng's Chinese education thought not only breaks through the limitation of Chinese teaching materials, but also clarifies the transformation of teacher-student relationship. At the same time, it opens the construction of students' knowledge ability system and the improvement of students' main body ability. On the one hand, it is beneficial to the change of teachers' role and the rapport between teachers and students, on the other hand, it will strengthen the guidance to the evaluation of Chinese teaching. In a word, Wei Shusheng's Chinese education thought not only has rich theoretical significance, but also can improve the teaching ability and level of first-line Chinese teachers, and lay an important foundation for the optimization and perfection of Chinese classroom.
