济南市中小学游泳课程开设现状与对策研究

【摘要】:游泳作为一项运动项目,不仅可以提高身体机能还能提高心理素质,中小学学处在身体发育发展的重要时期,学习游泳可以提高身体素质促进健康发展,掌握生存技能减少溺水事件的发生,是丰富体育运动生活的有效选择。本文分为前言、文献综述、研究对象与方法、中小学开设游泳课程的必要性、济南市中小学游泳课程开设现状分析、济南市中小学游泳课程开设的阻碍因素、济南市中小学游泳课程开设的对策建议、结论与展望八部分。内容主要是针对济南市中小学游泳课程的开设情况,以济南市30所中小学的学校领导老师、学生、学生家长为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、电话访谈与座谈、数理统计分析等方法进行相关的调查研究与分析,全面了解济南市中小学游泳课程开设的现状,包括济南市中小学学生游泳学习情况、体育老师游泳运动的学习情况、师资条件、学校及附近游泳场馆的设施情况、中小学游泳课程的教学情况(教学内容、教学方法、课程考核情况)、不同群体对开设游泳课程的意愿情况等五个模块,针对调查数据的整理统计分析总结归纳出济南市中小学游泳课程的开设情况及制约济南市中小学开设游泳课程的因素,并得出以下结论:1、所调查的792名济南市中小学学生中有72.1%的学生对游泳运动有浓厚的学习兴趣,但是会游泳的学生仅占调查学生总数的25%,他们的游泳技能主要通过报名参加社会游泳培训习得,有一半以上的学生都没有掌握基本的游泳技能。2、所调查的60名中小学体育教师中,有21名学过游泳,占总数35%,主要通过学校专业课以及社会培训班习得,而学习过游泳运动的21名老师中有一半以上没有教授过游泳课程,只有6个老师教授过游泳课程,但教授学段较短,65%的体育老师没有进行过专业的游泳学习。其次,所调查的60名老师中大部分都不是游泳专业的体育老师,游泳教学师资多数来自于高校毕业生和在职体育教师,游泳专业的师资力量较为薄弱。3、济南市中小学学校众多,分布于各个区,但真正拥有校内游泳场地的中小学屈指可数,游泳场地严重缺乏。另外,济南市虽有有大小70多个游泳馆,大多集中分布于历下区、市中区、历城区,历下区最多,天桥区和槐荫区游泳馆少,但学校周边的游泳设施在地理位置上与学校存在一定差距,造成游泳馆分布不均现象,其次学校与周边游泳馆的合作教学机制难以维系,游泳馆大都私营,相比培训班的收入,政府给予的补贴难以吸引游泳馆。4、济南市中小学游泳课程的教学内容主要以蛙泳为主,采用讲解法和示范法进行教学,很少涉及其他教学内容与教学方法,课程的考核较为单一,少部分涉及出勤率及课堂表现,使得教学效果不理想。5、对不同群体在济南市中小学开设游泳课程的态度的调查中发现,学校领导支持游泳课程开设的人数比例高达83.3%,家长认为有必要开设游泳课程并支持孩子学习的占80%以上,学生赞同开设游泳课程的占83.8%。针对济南市中小学游泳课程开设现状,分析其阻碍因素,提出了以下对策建议:1、通过网络媒体等方式加强对游泳的安全教育知识、游泳规则种类功能等基本常识的宣传和教育,提高学生们的安全防范和自救意识,提高生存技能。2、提高学校领导、老师、学生、学生家长等不同群体对中小学开设游泳课程必要性的认识,提高不同群体的重视程度,转变其思想,得到他们在思想和行动上的支持与配合。3、加大济南市中小学游泳场馆建设力度,合理利用游泳设施。4、提高体育教师游泳教学能力、教学水平,创新教学内容和丰富教学方法,培养学生们对学习游泳运动的积极性和主动性。5、科学合理安排游泳课程,完善考核制度等,提高学习效果。
[Abstract]:Swimming, as a sports item, not only can improve the physical function but also improve the psychological quality. The primary and secondary school is in the important period of development and development of the body. Learning and swimming can improve the physical quality and promote the healthy development, and master the survival skills to reduce the occurrence of drowning events. It is an effective choice for the rich and rich sports life. This article is divided into the former. In terms of literature, literature review, research objects and methods, the necessity of opening swimming courses in primary and secondary schools, the current situation of swimming courses in primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan, the obstacles of swimming courses in primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan, countermeasures and suggestions for opening of swimming courses in primary and middle schools in Ji'nan, and conclusions and prospects. The content is mainly aimed at the primary and Middle School Tourism in Ji'nan. The opening of the swimming course, taking the leading teachers, students, and parents of 30 primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan as the investigation object, using the methods of literature, questionnaire, telephone interview and symposium, mathematical statistics and analysis to make a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of swimming courses in primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan, including the economy. The swimming learning situation of the primary and middle school students in South City, the learning situation of the swimming sports teacher, the condition of the teachers, the facilities of the school and the nearby swimming stadiums, the teaching situation of the primary and middle school swimming courses (teaching contents, teaching methods, the assessment of the course), the five modules of the willingness of different groups to set up the swimming course, and so on. According to the statistical analysis and analysis of the Ji'nan primary and secondary school swimming courses and the factors restricting the opening of swimming courses in primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan, the following conclusions are drawn: 1, among the 792 students in Ji'nan primary and secondary schools, 72.1% of the students have a strong interest in swimming, but the swimmers only take up the tune. By 25% of the total number of students, their swimming skills were mainly learned by signing up for social swimming training. More than half of the students did not have the basic swimming skills.2. Among the 60 primary and secondary school teachers, 21 learned swimming, accounting for 35%. More than half of the 21 teachers in swimming did not teach swimming courses, only 6 teachers had taught swimming courses, but the teaching section was shorter, and 65% of the PE teachers did not have a professional swimming learning. Secondly, most of the 60 teachers surveyed were not the swimming teachers, and most of the swimming teaching teachers came from the swimming teaching teachers. College graduates and in-service PE teachers are relatively weak in the teaching force of swimming majors. There are a large number of primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan City, but there are a few primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan. In addition, there are more than 70 swimming pools in Ji'nan, most of which are concentrated in the calendar, the city is mostly distributed in the city. The area, the calendar District, the calendar area is the most, the Tianqiao area and the Huaiyin area swimming pool are few, but the swimming facilities around the school have a certain gap between the geographical location and the school, which causes the uneven distribution of the swimming pool. Secondly, the cooperative teaching mechanism of the school and the surrounding swimming pool is difficult to maintain, and the swimming swimming pool is mostly private. Compared with the income of the training class, the government gives it. The subsidy is difficult to attract the.4 of the swimming pool. The main teaching contents of the swimming courses in Ji'nan primary and secondary schools are mainly breaststroke, using the explanation method and the demonstration method, rarely involving other teaching contents and teaching methods. The assessment of the course is relatively simple, few involve the attendance rate and the class performance, which makes the teaching effect not ideal.5, to different groups. In the survey of the attitude of primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan, it was found that the proportion of school leaders supported swimming courses was up to 83.3%. Parents thought it necessary to set up swimming courses and support children to learn more than 80%. Students agreed to open swimming courses in 83.8%. for swimming courses in Ji'nan primary and secondary schools. Analysis of the hindrance factors, put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions: 1, through the network media and other ways to strengthen the swimming safety education knowledge, swimming rules and functions of the basic knowledge of the basic knowledge and education, to improve the students' awareness of safety and self-help, improve the survival skills.2, improve school leadership, teachers, students, parents and other groups of students of different groups The understanding of the necessity of setting up swimming courses in primary and secondary schools, to improve the importance of different groups, to change their thoughts, to support and cooperate with.3 in thought and action, to strengthen the construction of the swimming stadiums in primary and secondary schools in Ji'nan, and to use the swimming facilities.4 reasonably, to improve the teaching ability of the swimming teachers, the teaching level and the innovative teaching. We can enrich and enrich the teaching methods, cultivate the enthusiasm and initiative of the students to learn swimming.5, arrange swimming courses scientifically and rationally, perfect the examination system and so on, so as to improve the learning effect.
