【摘要】：思想品德课是一门“立德树人”的课程,在中小学生的心理和生理发育并不成熟的前提下,德育教育更为重要。思想品德课的特殊性和重要性决定了思想品德课教师必须具有相当的品行和修养,并用其自身的人格魅力培养和影响学生。人格魅力是一个复合词,指的是一个人日常生活工作中所展现出的其性格、气质、能力、道德品质等方面的具有独特吸引人的力量。关于初中思想品德课教师人格魅力的研究对全面贯彻九年义务教育具有重要意义。提升思想品德课教师人格魅力有利于树立教师权威,有利于建立良好的师生关系,有利于树立学生正确的价值观,更有利于增强教学效果、提高教学质量。但由于主客观原因的影响,比如教师自身的相应能力的欠缺,学校教学方针的不完善,教育评价体系的不完整,现在的思想品德教育仍有较大的提升空间。提升教师人格魅力的对策包括加强教师队伍魅力建设,培养教学语言魅力,提升教师亲和魅力,完善教师自身魅力修养。同时,学校要加强完善教学评课和评价体系,学校和社会更要优化思想品德课教师的教学环境。
[Abstract]:Ideological and moral course is a course of "establishing morality and creating people". Moral education is more important under the premise that the psychological and physical development of primary and middle school students is not mature. The particularity and importance of ideological and moral lesson determine that the teacher of ideological and moral course must have considerable character and accomplishment, and cultivate and influence the students with his own personality charm. Personality charm is a compound word, which refers to the unique attractive power of personality, temperament, ability, moral quality and so on, which is displayed in a person's daily life and work. The study on the personality charm of teachers in junior middle school is of great significance to the full implementation of nine-year compulsory education. To promote the personality charm of ideological and moral teachers is conducive to the establishment of teachers' authority, the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students, the establishment of students' correct values, the enhancement of teaching results and the improvement of teaching quality. However, due to the influence of subjective and objective reasons, such as the lack of teachers' own corresponding ability, the imperfect school teaching policy and the incomplete educational evaluation system, the ideological and moral education still has great room for improvement. The countermeasures of enhancing teachers' personality charm include strengthening the construction of teachers' charm, cultivating the charm of teaching language, enhancing teachers' affinity and charm, and perfecting teachers' charismatic cultivation. At the same time, schools should strengthen and perfect the teaching evaluation and evaluation system, and schools and society should optimize the teaching environment of ideological and moral teachers.
