山西省农村中小学体育教学风险管理研究

【摘要】:本文以农村中小学体育教学风险管理为研究对象,主要运用了问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法对山西省农村中小学体育教学风险的所存在的问题进行研究,运用现代风险管理理论来分析,针对学校体育教学风险存在的问题提出相应的对策,旨在降低体育教学伤害事故的发生概率,使学校、教师、学生能更好地掌握学生体育教学风险的本质,在体育风险与提高学生身体素质之间找到一个平衡点,同时为体育教学更好的发展提供理论参考。研究结果:1.本研究对问卷调查获得的数据进行探索性因子分析,结果显示:山西省农村中小学体育教学四个维度的风险源因素变量间信息的重叠程度较高,Bartlett球形检验都达到显著水平。本研究从28个教师风险源因素中抽取出6个公因子;从21个学生风险源因素中抽取出6个公因子;从8个教学环境风险源因素中抽取出2个公因子;从10个教学管理风险源中抽取出4个公因子,这些风险因子共同构建了山西省农村中小学体育教学风险源框架。2.本研究通过对山西省农村中小学体育教学风险的可能性、严重性、可控性的程度进行综合评估,结果显示:来自教师的风险按平均风险量从大到小依次是:安全意识、技术、安全认知、心理因素、自我管理和教学经验风险。学生的风险按平均风险量大小依次是生理因素、安全意识、安全认知、同学间沟通、自我管理、心理因素风险;来自教学环境的风险按平按平均风险量大小依次是自然环境、场地器材风险;教学管理的风险按平均风险量排列从高到低依次是医务、家校沟通、管理、指导风险。3.山西省农村中小学对体育教学风险应对现状不容乐观。教师方面,教师课前对学生的身体健康状况了解很少的占9.16%;有50%的教师认为在体育教学比赛中更容易发生安全事故,43.3%的教师认为在练习过程中易发生风险;教师在课上经常向学生传授自我保护的方法的占28%,每次对学生进行安全教育的占16.67%;15.8%的教师对场地器材几乎不检查或者根本就不检查;学生方面,有96.8%的学生在知道自己患有不能参与剧烈运动的疾病时选择隐瞒起来,不让教师知道;有49.1%的学生运动损伤知识来源于课堂上教师的讲解;学生在做有难度的动作时总会感到害怕的占15%;场地方面,有5.7%的教师反映自己所在学校场地器材非常差;有15.83%的体育教师教学使用的场地为煤渣场地;仅有5.7%的体育教师认为自己所在的学校每周会对教学场地、器材检查一次;在教学管理方面,所在学校非常重视体育教学的仅占0.83%;仅有29%的学生认为自己所在的学校对于体检工作很认真;34.3%的体育教师认为自己所在的学校对学生两年一次体检或不进行体检。但做得比较好是农村中小学绝大多数学生购买了人身意外保险,对学校体育教学风险转移将会起到积极的作用。研究结论与建议:(1)山西省中小学体育教学过程中教师风险源主要包括教学经验、技术、自我管理、安全意识、心理、安全意识6个因素。学生风险源主要包括自我管理、心理、安全意识、生理、安全认知、同学间沟通6个因素。教学环境风险源主要包括两个因素,即:场地器材因素、自然环境因素。教学管理风险源主要包括4个因素,即:学校管理因素、指导因素、医务因素、家校沟通因素。(2)山西农村中小学体育教学风险的发生确实存在。导致体育教学风险的主要因素是教师的安全意识薄弱和学生的生理因素、安全意识差,而教学环境中自然环境因素相比于场地器材因素,占得比重更大;医务风险与指导、管理、家校沟通风险相比,占有主导地位。(3)建议:政府部门加大监督力度,加强学校体育建设;学校加强体育设施管理,降低体育教学风险;加强学生安全意识,避免教学安全隐患;加强师资力量建设,促进学校体育发展。
[Abstract]:Taking the risk management of physical education in the rural primary and secondary schools as the research object, this paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire, interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods to study the problems existing in the risk of physical education in the rural primary and middle schools in Shanxi Province, and analyze the problems in the risk of school physical education by using the modern risk management theory. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward to reduce the occurrence probability of physical education injury accidents, so that schools, teachers and students can better grasp the nature of students' Physical Education risk, find a balance between sports risk and improve the physical quality of students, and provide theoretical reference for the better development of physical education. Research results: 1. research results An exploratory factor analysis was carried out on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey. The results showed that the degree of information overlap between the four dimensions of the primary and secondary school physical education in the four dimensions of the primary and secondary school education in the rural areas of Shanxi province was high, and the spherical test reached a significant level. This study extracted 6 public factors from 28 teachers' risk factors; from 21 students. 6 public factors are extracted from the risk factors, 2 public factors are extracted from the factors of 8 teaching environment risk sources, and 4 public factors are extracted from 10 teaching management risk sources. These risk factors have jointly constructed the framework of physical education risk source in rural primary and secondary schools in Shanxi province. This study is based on the sports teaching style in the rural primary and secondary schools in Shanxi province. A comprehensive assessment of the possibility, severity and degree of controllability of risk shows that the risk of a teacher from a large to a small risk is in turn: safety awareness, technology, safety cognition, psychological factors, self management and teaching experience risk. The risk of students is in the order of the average risk, in turn, the physical factor, safety awareness, and safety. Cognition, communication between students, self management, risk of psychological factors; the risk of the average risk from the teaching environment is the natural environment, the risk of field and equipment, the risk of teaching management is in the order of average risk, from high to low is medical, school communication, management, and guiding the risk.3. in rural primary and secondary schools in Shanxi province to sports teaching The current situation of learning risk coping is not optimistic. Teachers, teachers who have little understanding of the physical health of the students before class, 50% of the teachers think that safety accidents are easier to happen in the sports teaching competition, and 43.3% of the teachers think it is easy to take risk in the course of practice; teachers often teach students how to protect themselves in the course of class. 28% of them accounted for 16.67% of the students' safety education every time; 15.8% of the teachers did not check or check the field equipment. On the student side, 96.8% of the students had to know that they were unable to participate in severe sports diseases and did not let the teachers know; 49.1% of the students' Sports injury knowledge came from the class. The teacher's explanation in the hall; the students are always afraid when they are doing difficult movements. 15% of them are afraid. On the field, 5.7% of the teachers show that their school site is very poor; 15.83% of the sports teachers use the site for the cinder site; only 5.7% of the physical education teachers think that their school will be in the teaching site every week. Material inspection once; in the teaching management, only 0.83% of the schools attached importance to physical education in the school management; only 29% of the students thought their schools were serious about physical examination; 34.3% of the physical education teachers thought their school had two years of physical examination or no medical examination for the students. But it was better to do well in rural primary and secondary schools. Most students buy personal accident insurance, which will play a positive role in the risk transfer of school physical education. Research conclusions and suggestions: (1) the source of teacher risk in the course of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Shanxi province mainly includes 6 factors: teaching experience, technology, self management, safety consciousness, psychology and safety consciousness. I manage, psychological, safety awareness, physiology, safety cognition and communication between students 6 factors. Teaching environment risk source mainly includes two factors, namely: field equipment factors, natural environmental factors. Teaching management risk sources mainly include 4 factors, namely: school management factors, guidance factors, medical factors, home school communication factors. (2) Shanxi rural middle and small medium The main factors that lead to the risk of physical education are the weak safety consciousness of the teachers and the students' physiological factors, the poor awareness of safety, and the larger proportion of the natural environment factors in the teaching environment than the field equipment. (3) suggestion: the government departments should strengthen supervision and strengthen the construction of school sports; strengthen the management of sports facilities, reduce the risk of sports teaching, strengthen the safety consciousness of students, avoid the hidden dangers of teaching safety, strengthen the construction of teachers and promote the development of school sports.
