山西省中学体育教师教学效能现状调查及对策研究

【摘要】:中学体育教师教学效能是体育教师在体育教学活动中对其能有效地提高学生成绩、培养学生运动兴趣、养成良好的体育锻炼习惯的一种能力与信念。本研究着重从教学能力、教学内容、教学评价、策略方法、组织管理以及学习效果等方面,对山西省中学体育教师教学效能进行调查,目的是为了提高中学体育教师教学水平、培养中学生运动兴趣从而达到提高中学生身体素质。本文以山西省中学体育教师教学效能为研究对象,按照研究目的的需要选取中学体育教师为调查对象。在山西省11个地市中进行实地调研发放并回收调查问卷,结合相关文献资料的整理,通过质的研究,提出教学效能的维度。使用SPSS 21.0、AMOS23.0以及EXCEL对数据进行相关分析研究对中学体育教师教学效能进行研究。研究结果显示:(1)通过质的的分析对山西省中学体育教师教学效能提出了六个方面。通过探索性因子分析和验证,最终得出中学体育教学效能包括教学能力、教学内容、组织能力、策略方法、学校效果和教学评价六个维度。(2)山西省中学体育教师在不同性别上除了策略方法之外其他不存在显著性差异;而体育教师的教学效能在不同职称中,高级职称的中学体育教师教学效能水平除了策略方法以外都高于中级职称、初级职称以及无职称的中学体育教师的教学效能;城市的中学体育教师教学效能水平要高于于县城、乡镇和农村地区体育教师;高中体育教师在教学能力、教学内容和学习效果三个方面上,教学效能水平均高于初中体育教师,其他方面没有差异。(3)影响和制约山西省中学体育教师教学效能有很多种因素。中学体育教师的教学能力是最主要的因素,是提高中学体育教师自身的专业水平是提升教学效能的关键所在。另外还包括学生原有的身体素质、学习能力和运动兴趣以及学校校风、管理方式等都对中学体育教师教学效能产生一定的影响。
[Abstract]:The teaching efficacy of middle school PE teachers is a kind of ability and belief that PE teachers can effectively improve students' achievement, cultivate students' interest in sports and develop good habit of physical exercise in PE teaching activities. This research focuses on teaching ability, teaching content, teaching evaluation, strategy and method, organization and management, and learning effect, etc. The purpose of this study is to improve the teaching level of middle school PE teachers in Shanxi Province. Cultivate students' sports interest so as to improve the physical quality of middle school students. This paper takes the teaching efficiency of middle school PE teachers in Shanxi Province as the research object, and selects the middle school PE teachers as the investigation object according to the need of the research purpose. In 11 cities of Shanxi Province, the questionnaire was collected and distributed on the spot, and the dimension of teaching effectiveness was put forward through qualitative research combined with the collation of relevant documents and materials. Using SPSS 21.0 AMOS23.0 and excel to carry on the correlation analysis to the data to carry on the research to the middle school physical education teacher teaching efficiency. The result shows that the author puts forward six aspects on the teaching efficiency of middle school PE teachers in Shanxi province through qualitative analysis. Through exploratory factor analysis and verification, it is concluded that the teaching effectiveness of middle school physical education includes teaching ability, teaching content, organizing ability, and tactics and methods. There is no significant difference between the middle school PE teachers in different gender except the tactics and methods, and the teaching efficacy of the PE teachers in different titles. The teaching efficiency level of middle school physical education teachers with senior title is higher than that of middle school physical education teachers with senior title except tactics and methods, and the teaching efficiency of middle school physical education teachers with primary title and no title is higher than that of county town. The teaching efficiency level of PE teachers in senior middle school is higher than that in junior middle school in three aspects: teaching ability, teaching content and learning effect. There are many factors influencing and restricting the teaching efficiency of middle school PE teachers in Shanxi Province. The teaching ability of middle school PE teachers is the most important factor and the key to improve teaching efficiency is to improve the professional level of middle school PE teachers. In addition, students' original physical fitness, learning ability and sports interest, school spirit, management style and so on all have certain influence on the teaching efficiency of middle school PE teachers.
