初中数学小组互助合作学习的实践研究

【摘要】:在科学技术飞速发展的时代,个人的能力是微乎其微的,想要取得成功,必须要团队合作。合作能力往往比知识更重要,在素质教育中,培养学生的“合作”意识和能力显得尤为重要。小组合作学习能顺应时代发展,在教学中培养学生的合作能力,为学生的可持续性发展打下基础,并且还能大大提高数学课堂的教学效果,教师也能因此得到一定程度的“解放”,所以数学课堂教学时采用小组合作学习是必要的。通过对我校小组合作学习的调查和听课学习,发现当今数学课堂中的小组合作学习还很不完善,在具体操作过程中还存在着很多问题,诸如小组合作学习中,学生的合作意识差,教师不明白合作的意义,合作时过于强调形式,在合作中没有起到主导者和合作者的作用等。本文以小组互助合作在初中数学教学中的实践为研究内容,通过问卷调查、访谈、案例分析等研究方法,开展了以下四个方面的研究工作:(1)调查数学小组合作学习中存在的问题,并分析其原因;(2)探索数学小组合作学习优化的教学策略;(3)探讨数学小组合作学习有效的方案;(4)数学教学中进行优化小组互组合作学习实践,检验并分析其效果。通过对教学实践结果的分析,本文得出了以下的结论:数学小组合作学习教学模式相对传统教学模式有显著优势;数学小组合作的差异影响学生的自信心,学习习惯等;不同班级在相同年级段,数学小组合作学习存在差异性,而优化合作学习策略,改进合作学习方案,能达成高效小组合作学习;相同班级数学小组合作在不同年级段,学业成绩排名相对稳定,没有造成显著变化。针对以上结论,本文提出了若干建议,希望能对小组合作学习的理论与实践有所发展。
[Abstract]:In the era of rapid development of science and technology, the ability of individuals is minimal. To succeed, team work is necessary. Cooperative ability is often more important than knowledge. In quality education, it is very important to cultivate students'"cooperation" consciousness and ability. Group cooperative learning can adapt to the development of the times, train students' cooperative ability in teaching, lay the foundation for students' sustainable development, and also greatly improve the teaching effect of mathematics classroom. Therefore, it is necessary to use group cooperative learning in mathematics classroom teaching. Through the investigation of group cooperative learning and class learning in our school, it is found that the group cooperative learning in mathematics classroom is still not perfect, and there are still many problems in the concrete operation process, such as group cooperative learning. Students' awareness of cooperation is poor, teachers do not understand the significance of cooperation, cooperation is too much emphasis on form, in the cooperation did not play the role of leader and cooperator, and so on. This paper takes the practice of group mutual assistance and cooperation in mathematics teaching in junior high school as the research content, through questionnaire survey, interview, case analysis and other research methods. The following four aspects of research work were carried out: 1) to investigate the problems existing in the cooperative learning of mathematics groups, The author also analyzes the reasons why the teaching strategy of optimizing the cooperative learning of mathematical groups is discussed. 3) the effective scheme of cooperative learning in mathematics groups is discussed. 4) in mathematics teaching, the practice of optimizing cooperative learning among groups of groups is carried out, and its effect is tested and analyzed. By analyzing the results of teaching practice, this paper draws the following conclusions: the mathematical group cooperative learning model has significant advantages over the traditional teaching model, the difference of mathematical group cooperation affects the students' self-confidence, learning habits, and so on. Different classes in the same grade stage, there are differences in cooperative learning in mathematics groups, but optimizing cooperative learning strategies and improving cooperative learning programs can achieve efficient cooperative learning in small groups, while in different grades in the same class, mathematical groups in the same class can cooperate in different grades. Academic performance ranking is relatively stable, no significant change. In view of the above conclusions, this paper puts forward some suggestions, hoping to develop the theory and practice of group cooperative learning.
