大理州民族中学语文校本教材开发利用构想

【摘要】：几年来,大理州民族中学已建设了一支素质优良、结构合理、精通业务,心理素质良好,遵纪守法,爱岗敬业,乐于奉献,相对稳定的教师队伍。充分发挥教师个性特长,学校有50%以上的教师研发并开设了选修课程。在新课改实践中,大理州民族中学以民族性知识为理论依托,以现代性和国际性的视野,积极开发校本教材。先后组织编写了语文、地理、生物、历史等学科的校本教材。语文教研组编写的《大理诗文读本》是民族文化传承的载体,具有独特的价值和特质,在和谐人与自然的关系、架起学生个体发展与白州发展之间桥梁等方面发挥了积极作用。本文在充分了解大理州民族中学现有校本教材构建形式和实践运用效果的基础上,阐述校本教材开发和利用的重要意义;同时对学校学生的学习现状,教师的教学现状及语文教材的使用现状进行了分析,以便有针对性的开发校本教材;最后以自编语文校本教材《大理人文读本》开发构想为例,陈述教材的结构和内容,并提出相关的利用方式。全文共分为五章:第一部分为绪论部分。主要介绍论文研究的缘由、研究的方法和文献综述。第一章的内容阐述目前大理州民族中学教师的语文教学现状,学生的语文学习现状,以及语文教材的使用现状。第二章重点论证学校研发与利用语文校本教材的意义。校本教材是主流教材的拓展和补充,校本教材与主流教材相比更具针对性,符合地方环境和学校教育需求,能够弥补主流教材的缺点。校本教材的研发与使用既有利于民族特色化学校的建设,也有利于教师的发展,同时也符合了高中生的语文学习心理,激发学生学习兴趣,促进学生语文素养提升。第三章为论文的主干,主要论述大理州民族中学语文校本教材的开发与利用构想。并以自编校本教材《大理人文读本》开发为例,陈述该教材开发的理论依据,开发的方案设计,以及教材内容的呈现方式等。
[Abstract]:Over the past few years, Dali ethnic Middle School has built a team of teachers with excellent quality, reasonable structure, professional proficiency, good psychological quality, law-abiding, loving and dedicated, willing to contribute and relatively stable. The school has more than 50% of teachers develop and open elective courses. In the practice of the new curriculum reform, Dali nationality middle school actively develops school-based teaching materials based on the theory of national knowledge and the vision of modernity and internationalism. Have organized the compilation of language, geography, biology, history and other subjects of school-based teaching materials. The "Dali Book of Poetry" compiled by the Chinese Teaching and Research Group is the carrier of the national cultural heritage, which has unique value and characteristics. It has played an active role in the harmonious relationship between man and nature and in setting up a bridge between the individual development of students and the development of Baizhou. On the basis of fully understanding the construction form and practical application effect of the existing school-based textbooks in Dali nationality Middle School, this paper expounds the important significance of the development and utilization of School-based textbooks, and at the same time, the study status of the students in Dali Prefecture. The present situation of teachers' teaching and the use of Chinese teaching materials are analyzed in order to develop school-based textbooks. Finally, taking the self-compiled Chinese school-based textbook "Dali Humanities Reader" as an example, the structure and content of the textbook are stated. And puts forward the related utilization way. The full text is divided into five chapters: the first part is the introduction part. This paper mainly introduces the reason, research methods and literature review. The first chapter expounds the present situation of Chinese teaching of teachers in Dali nationality middle school, the present situation of students' Chinese learning, and the current situation of the use of Chinese teaching materials. The second chapter focuses on the significance of the school research and development and the use of Chinese-based textbooks. School-based textbooks are the expansion and supplement of mainstream textbooks. Compared with mainstream textbooks, school-based textbooks are more targeted, in line with the local environment and the needs of school education, can make up for the shortcomings of mainstream textbooks. The research and development and use of school-based textbooks are not only conducive to the construction of national schools, but also conducive to the development of teachers, but also in line with the Chinese learning psychology of high school students, stimulate students' interest in learning, and promote the improvement of students' Chinese literacy. The third chapter is the backbone of the paper, mainly discusses the development and use of Dali nationality secondary school Chinese teaching materials. Taking the development of the self-compiled textbook "Dali Humanities Reader" as an example, this paper states the theoretical basis of the development of the textbook, the scheme design of the development, and the presentation method of the teaching material content, etc.
