基于新媒体环境的中学教师信息素养培养策略研究

【摘要】:当前各行业都处于信息化高速迅猛发展的信息时代,教育行业也是如此。信息素养作为信息时代公民的重要的基础素养,自其概念在1974年在美国被提出以来,就在全世界范围内被各国广泛地关注和研究。而中学教师作为教育信息化的落实执行者,也作为信息时代的终身学习者,其信息素养的提高对教育信息化进程起着重要的推进作用,也对整个教育事业的快速有效发展有着重要的意义。在教育信息化正在高速建设和发展的中学里,移动终端等新媒体形式正在中学的教育和教学上被试用和研究。基于这种新媒体环境进行中学教师的信息素养教育也现为了一个现实的课题。本文先用文献研究法研究了国内外关于信息素养的研究现状,发现许多国家都有着先进的成功的理论经验可以去借鉴研究,也指出应该结合我国的实际情况,根据时代的发展,制定适合我国的信息素养理论框架和相关信息素养标准。又从信息素养教育的相关理论基础入手,进行了如建构主义、泛在学习等理论的研究,以寻找对本课题起到支持和指导作用的相关理论。在对相关的概念文献研究之后,结合中学教师的实际工作环境和具体需求出发,提出基于新媒体环境的教师信息素养培养策略,包括改变信息提供方式以提高信息意识,了解教师使用新媒体习惯以发挥新媒体特点,面向问题解决进行信息资源建设以提高信息实用价值,以及利用新媒体社交环境以提高信息安全和道德意识等几个方面。针对新媒体环境的特点,对信息素养教育资源的设计和使用提出相应的方案。最后,通过问卷调查法针对提出的相关策略和设计方案还进行了相应的应用情况和案例分析,并得出研究结论,借助移动新媒体环境对教师的信息素养培养,具有较为积极和明显的作用和意义,本论文提出的基于新媒体环境的信息素养培养策略也可能是对相关的培养培训工作提供一个切实可行的参考。
[Abstract]:At present, all industries are in the information age of rapid development of information technology, and so is the education industry. Information literacy is an important basic literacy of citizens in the information age. Since its concept was put forward in the United States in 1974, it has been widely concerned and studied all over the world. As the executor of educational informatization and lifelong learners in the information age, the improvement of information literacy plays an important role in promoting the process of educational informatization. Also has the important significance to the entire education enterprise fast and effective development. In high speed construction and development of educational informatization, new media forms, such as mobile terminals, are being tried and studied in education and teaching in middle schools. The information literacy education of middle school teachers based on this new media environment is also a realistic subject. This paper first studies the current situation of information literacy research at home and abroad with the method of literature research, and finds that many countries have advanced successful theoretical experience to learn from the study, and also points out that we should combine the actual situation of our country, according to the development of the times. To establish a theoretical framework and relevant information literacy standards suitable for our country. Based on the theoretical basis of information literacy education, this paper studies the theories such as constructivism and ubiquitous learning, in order to find the relevant theories which can support and guide this subject. After studying the related concept literature, combining with the actual working environment and specific needs of middle school teachers, this paper puts forward the training strategy of teachers' information literacy based on the new media environment, including changing the way of providing information to improve the information awareness. Understanding teachers using new media habits to play new media characteristics, problem-oriented information resources construction to improve the practical value of information, and the use of new media social environment to improve information security and moral awareness. According to the characteristics of new media environment, the design and use of information literacy education resources are proposed. Finally, according to the relevant strategies and design scheme proposed by the questionnaire, the paper also carries on the corresponding application situation and the case analysis, and draws the research conclusion, with the help of the mobile new media environment to the teacher's information literacy cultivation. The information literacy training strategy based on the new media environment proposed in this paper may also provide a practical reference for the relevant training work.
