黄石八中语文“四合一”导学案的校本化研究

【摘要】:导学案是学校根据国家与地方规定的课程目标与标准,结合当地教学情况与师资力量编写的运用于预习、学习和复习等教学过程中的师生共用的学习方案,具有针对性、本土性和引导性,既能保证国家课程和地方课程的有效实施,又在开发校本课程的基础上促进教师专业发展和学生自主学习。2004年秋,我国新课程改革的工作进入全面推广阶段后,黄石八中于2006年以郭茂荣校长为核心开始了以“教、学、练、评四合一”的导学案教学改革。十几年来,因导学案教学改革的实施,黄石八中逐渐改变了僵化和沉闷的传统课堂教学模式,师资和教学质量得到显著提高,全校教学成绩的综合评分连年名列前茅。但从其使用现状和成效分析来看,四合一导学案的编写存在编写人员机会不均且培训不一、教师对其定位不清、题多量大难以保质保量和拓展创新不足等问题;导学案的使用存在内容降低教师教学自由度、教师文本解读停留在解读技能训练的阶段和学生使用负担较重等问题;导学案的反馈存在以学生完成的情况为主,构想三双变环系统和体系创新,但并未落实于实践的问题。本文力求在“四合一”导学案的使用与推广上提出建设性意见,共分为五章:第一章为导学案的由来和发展。本章主要从导学案的校本化、设计和实施等三个方面进行阐述,并对目前导学案普遍存在的问题进行了总结。第二章为黄石八中“四合一”导学案的校本化探索。本章主要从“四合一”导学案的理念与模式以及与洋思中学、杜郎口中学和许衡中学比较两个方面进行阐述,重点分析了东庐中学与黄石八中导学案的异同。第三章为“四合一”导学案的使用现状及成效分析。本章通过对家长、学生和教师三方进行问卷调查,对导学案的使用现状和成效进行对比分析。第四章为“四合一”导学案的使用与推广。本章建立在黄石八中导学案现存问题的基础上,提出具有可操作性的建议和改进方案,力求推进导学案的使用。第五章为新课改背景下导学案的反思。本章主要结合新课程改革理念,由黄石八中“四合一”导学案延伸到我国整个导学案使用体系,在反思中寻求突破。
[Abstract]:The teaching plan is a kind of learning plan which is compiled by the school according to the curriculum goals and standards set by the state and the local authorities, combined with the local teaching situation and teachers' strength, and used in the teaching process of preview, study and review, etc., and has pertinence. Nativeness and guidance, both to ensure the effective implementation of national and local curricula, and to promote teacher professional development and autonomous learning for students on the basis of the development of school-based curricula. Autumn 2004, After the new curriculum reform of our country entered the stage of comprehensive popularization, in 2006, Huangshi No. 8 Middle School started the teaching reform of "teaching, learning, practicing and evaluating the four in one" with the principal Guo Maorong as the core. In the past ten years, because of the implementation of the teaching reform of the guiding case, Huang Shi eight Middle School has gradually changed the rigid and dull traditional classroom teaching mode, the teachers and the teaching quality have been remarkably improved, and the comprehensive score of the whole school's teaching results has been among the best in successive years. However, from the analysis of its current situation and effectiveness, there are many problems in the writing of the four-in-one guiding case, such as uneven opportunities and different training of the writers, unclear teachers' position, large amount of problems, difficult to guarantee quality and quantity, and insufficient development and innovation. There are some problems in the use of the guiding case, such as reducing the degree of freedom of teaching, the reading of the teacher's text stays in the stage of interpreting skill training and the heavy burden of the students' use, and the feedback of the teaching case is mainly completed by the students. The idea of triple variable loop system and system innovation has not been put into practice. This paper tries to put forward constructive suggestions on the use and promotion of the "four in one" guiding case, which is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the origin and development of the guiding case. This chapter mainly discusses the school-based, design and implementation of the pilot case, and summarizes the common problems. The second chapter is the school-based exploration of the "four-in-one" guiding case in Huangshi Middle School. This chapter mainly expounds the concept and mode of "four in one" guiding case and its comparison with Yangsi Middle School, Durangkou Middle School and Xu Heng Middle School, and analyzes the similarities and differences between Donglu Middle School and Huangshi Middle School. The third chapter is the use of the "four-in-one" pilot case and effectiveness analysis. This chapter carries on the questionnaire survey to the parents, the student and the teacher tripartite, carries on the contrast analysis to the guidance case use present situation and the result. The fourth chapter is the use and promotion of the four-in-one pilot case. This chapter is based on the existing problems in the guidance case of Huangshi eight Middle School, and puts forward some operable suggestions and improvement schemes to promote the use of the guiding case. The fifth chapter is the reflection of the teaching case under the background of the new curriculum reform. This chapter mainly combines the new curriculum reform idea, extends from "four in one" guide case of the eight middle schools of Huangshi to the whole system of using the guide case of our country, and seeks the breakthrough in the introspection.
