思想品德课在促进初中生个性发展中的作用及实现机制探析
[Abstract]:The current social development has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of talents, in line with the further implementation of quality-oriented education and the promotion of the new curriculum reform, the past ideological and moral courses in junior high schools need to be innovated urgently. At present, the ideological and moral education in junior high school is relatively less important than in mathematics, Chinese, English and other subjects. However, the teaching process tends to emphasize "teaching" rather than "education", and "commonality" and "individuality". It ignores the individual difference and individualized development education of junior high school students. However, as an important part of carrying out quality education, personality development education emphasizes the development of human potential and the cultivation of innovation ability, and puts forward that we should fully put people first, respect the autonomy, subjectivity and difference of junior high school students. It is obvious that paying attention to personality development education is a new trend of thought in the course of ideological and moral education, which is also an inevitable requirement of the development of the times. Junior middle school is the golden period of developing junior high school students'world outlook, outlook on life, morality and innovation ability. Through the ideological and moral course, it can provide guidance for the establishment and cultivation of life consciousness, moral concept and political belief of junior high school students. In the curriculum standard of the ideological and moral course of junior high school, it is emphasized that through the teaching of the ideological and moral course, junior high school students can feel the value of life, develop self-esteem, self-confidence, self-reliance, optimism, strong will and a strong attitude towards life, and form a love of labor. Pay attention to practice, advocate science, dare to compete, be good at cooperation, dare to seek truth, dare to innovate personality quality. This paper discusses how to realize the personality development of junior high school students in the course of ideological and moral education. The first part expounds the concept of personality and personality development, the status and function of ideological and moral education. And the significance and value of ideological and moral course to promote junior high school students' personality development; the second part focuses on the realization of the specific goals of junior high school students' personality development in the teaching of ideological and moral education; the third part, Starting from the reality and the existing problems, this part analyzes the factors that restrict the personality development of junior high school students in the current ideological and moral course, as well as the opportunities and challenges to promote the personality development of junior high school students in the current ideological and moral course. It emphasizes the necessity of the personality development of junior high school students. The fourth part is to find out the causes of the problems and the methods to solve the problems in combination with the development of the times, which is the core content of the article. The realization mechanism of promoting junior high school students' personality development in ideological and moral education needs to be explored in all directions and from many angles according to its function, existing problems, causes of problems, and so on. This provides a theoretical basis for promoting junior high school students' personality development education and a new way of teaching in junior middle school.
