中学语文教师课堂教学资源利用研究

【摘要】:随着时代的发展和科技的进步,越来越多的资源被开发转化为语文课堂教学资源。面对丰富的语文课堂教学资源,语文教师该如何高效利用是当前中学语文课堂教学的一个重要课题。伴随新课程的不断推进,中学语文教学也获得了长足发展。语文课堂教学资源作为语文课程资源的一部分,更加接近课堂教学和学生。因此研究语文课堂教学资源的利用既有利于语文教师的专业发展又能提高中学生的语文素养,具有一定的意义和价值。本研究以文献法、问卷法和访谈法为研究方法,对中学语文教师的课堂教学资源利用情况展开调查。通过分析收集的数据发现:在认识层面,部分语文教师对课堂教学资源及利用的概念认识不清,语文教师对自身资源的重视度不足。在技能层面,语文教师课堂教学资源利用的基本技能掌握较好;具有一定的计划、监控和调节技能;其资源管理技能不受重视且内部存在不均衡现象。在效果层面,课堂教学资源利用效果的评估渠道利用不充分,倾向于利用文字性资料进行评价;课堂教学资源利用效果总体较好,教师探究兴趣浓厚。此后,针对研究发现,归纳了影响语文教师课堂教学资源利用的原因。在此基础之上提出了相应建议:厘清理念内涵,建立课堂教学资源利用的价值观;挖掘利用语文教师自身“知识”、“情感”资源;不断接受新意识,关照典型资源的利用意识和资源的全程利用意识;夯实基本技能,强化资源计划、监控、调节技能;重视教师评价作用,结合语言文字运用和学生语文素养实施评价;多方合力,激发语文教师探究兴趣。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology, more and more resources have been developed and converted into Chinese classroom teaching resources. In the face of abundant Chinese classroom teaching resources, how to use Chinese teachers efficiently is an important subject in middle school Chinese classroom teaching. With the development of the new curriculum, Chinese teaching in middle school has made great progress. As a part of Chinese curriculum resources, Chinese classroom teaching resources are closer to classroom teaching and students. Therefore, it is of significance and value to study the utilization of Chinese classroom teaching resources, which is beneficial to the professional development of Chinese teachers as well as to the improvement of middle school students' Chinese literacy. In this study, the methods of literature, questionnaire and interview were used to investigate the utilization of classroom teaching resources of middle school Chinese teachers. Through the analysis of the collected data, it is found that some Chinese teachers do not have a clear understanding of classroom teaching resources and the concept of using them, and Chinese teachers pay less attention to their own resources. At the skill level, the basic skills of Chinese teachers' classroom teaching resources are well mastered; they have certain planning, monitoring and adjusting skills; their resource management skills are not paid attention to and there is imbalance within them. On the effect level, the evaluation channels of classroom teaching resources use are not sufficient, and tend to use written materials for evaluation; classroom teaching resources use the overall good results, teachers have a strong interest in inquiry. Then, in view of the research findings, the author summarizes the reasons that affect the utilization of Chinese teachers' classroom teaching resources. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward: clarifying the connotation of ideas, establishing the values of using classroom teaching resources, excavating and utilizing Chinese teachers' own "knowledge", "emotion" resources, constantly accepting new consciousness, Take care of the awareness of the use of typical resources and the whole process of utilization of resources; consolidate basic skills, strengthen resource planning, monitor and regulate skills, attach importance to the role of teachers in evaluation, combine the use of language and characters with the implementation of evaluation of students' Chinese literacy; In order to stimulate the Chinese teachers' interest in inquiry.
