高中思想政治分层教学的现状及对策研究
[Abstract]:With the development of teaching practice, stratified teaching has become one of the hot topics in the practice of basic education and teaching research in contemporary China. At present, most schools adopt total grades to divide classes, this model is one-sided, which is not conducive to the individualized and all-round development of students. Therefore, this paper focuses on the teacher-led high school ideological and political teaching. As far as the subject of ideology and politics is concerned, most people think that the difference between the students is small, because the knowledge and writing of the subject is strong, and only recitation is necessary. Through practice, students have different understanding of the concept of ideological and political discipline, and greater differences in the use of knowledge points. Modern education advocates facing all students and should embody the teaching principle of teaching according to their aptitude in the process of education. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out ideological and political stratification teaching in middle schools. In the process of implementing stratified teaching, ideological and political teachers can cultivate students' competitive consciousness through the situation of chasing each other, and constantly promote the students' interest in the subject of ideological and political education. This article mainly uses the literature analysis method, the questionnaire survey method, the comparative method, the interview method and the classroom observation method research method, divides into five parts to carry on the research to the stratified high school ideological and political stratification teaching present situation and the countermeasure: the first part is the introduction, It mainly discusses the purpose, significance, research status, research methods and innovation of the topic. The second part is to elaborate the meaning and characteristics of ideological and political stratification teaching in senior high school. The third part is to explain the necessity and principle of implementing the high school ideological and political stratified teaching. The necessity is to analyze the malpractice of the traditional class teaching system, the teachers' professional growth and the new curriculum reform, and the implementation of the new curriculum standard. The fourth part is to discuss the current situation of ideological and political stratified teaching in senior high school, which mainly includes three aspects, namely, the investigation of the present situation, the existing problems, Finally, it expounds the concrete countermeasures of implementing the high school ideological and political stratified teaching, mainly from the stratified preparation of lessons, layered teaching, layering exercises and assignments, layered guidance, stratified testing and evaluation.
