长春市中学生体育锻炼现状及影响因素的研究

【摘要】:中学生是民族的希望和国家的未来,他们的身体健康状况至关重要,只有以健康的体魄为基础,才能更好的进行学习,为今后步入社会,建设祖国打下坚实的基础。因此本文以长春市中学生体育锻炼现状为研究对象,对其参加体育锻炼情况进行分析,找出影响长春市中学生体育锻炼的因素所在,提出合理的建议,为长春市中学生更好的参与体育锻炼,改善当前体育锻炼现状提供参考依据。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法和数理统计法对长春市中学生参加体育锻炼情况进行科学的调查研究,对长春市中学生参加锻炼的情况先进行总结分析,然后再进行比较分析,对存在的问题提出相应对策,给出切实可行的建议。通过研究得出:长春市中学生的总体锻炼意识比较强,但锻炼行为比较弱;体育锻炼动机正确,但不够积极;不同年级、不同性别的学生在锻炼频率上存在一定差异;体育方法和知识主要来源于体育教师,且锻炼项目多种多样,男女生在项目选择上存在差异;不同性别学生的体育锻炼兴趣和体育需要存在一定的差异,男生普遍高于女生。长春市中学生对体育锻炼作用的认识、学生的体育兴趣、学生的体育需要和学生的体育积极性是影响他们参与体育锻炼的自身因素;场地器材因素、学校因素、家人因素、朋友因素和社会因素是影响长春市中学生体育锻炼的外部因素。通过本论文的调查与分析,希望能够正确引导和培养中学生形成良好的体育锻炼意识和行为,更好的促进长春市中学生身体发育,使他们能够健康成长。为组织更加科学有效的体育锻炼提供依据,从而促进长春市中学生体育锻炼的健康良性发展,提高中学生的身体素质。
[Abstract]:Middle school students are the hope of the nation and the future of the country. Their health is very important. Only based on the healthy physique can they learn better and lay a solid foundation for the future society and the construction of the motherland. Therefore, this paper takes Changchun middle school students' physical exercise status as the research object, analyzes its participation in physical exercise, finds out the factors that affect the Changchun middle school students' physical exercise, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions. It provides reference for Changchun middle school students to participate in physical exercise better and improve the present situation of physical exercise. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a scientific investigation and study on the situation of middle school students participating in physical exercise in Changchun, and summarizes and analyzes the situation of participating in exercise for middle school students in Changchun. Then, by comparing and analyzing the existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward and some feasible suggestions are given. Through the study, it is concluded that the general exercise consciousness of middle school students in Changchun is relatively strong, but the exercise behavior is relatively weak; the motivation of physical exercise is correct, but not active enough; the students of different grades and different genders have some differences in exercise frequency; Physical education methods and knowledge mainly come from physical education teachers, and there are a variety of exercise items, male and female students have differences in project selection; students of different genders have different interests and needs of physical exercise, boys are generally higher than girls. Changchun middle school students' understanding of the role of physical exercise, students' interest in physical education, students' sports needs and students' enthusiasm for sports are the factors that affect their participation in physical exercise, the factors of site and equipment, the factors of school, the factors of family, Friends and social factors are the external factors that affect the physical exercise of middle school students in Changchun. Through the investigation and analysis of this paper, we hope to guide and train the middle school students to form good physical exercise consciousness and behavior, to better promote the physical development of middle school students in Changchun, so that they can grow up healthily. It provides the basis for organizing more scientific and effective physical exercise, thus promoting the healthy development of the physical exercise of middle school students in Changchun, and improving the physical quality of middle school students.
