郑州市校园足球初中业余训练情况的调查研究

【摘要】：当下的校园足球业余训练中,初中生身体发育处在最佳的年龄阶段,初中校园足球培养学生足球技能的最佳时期,要想使得中国足球在未来的发展当中能够实现一定的突破,需要对初中校园足球的学生训练状况进行一定的了解和剖析。在足球训练的黄金阶段,通过系统专业的训练来提高学生的身体素质,同时为足球水平的提高奠定足球基础,形成足球意识从而使得其在战术应用当中能够更快的得到提高,提升学生自身的足球各项基本素质,有助于加强我国的足球后备力量的储备,从而提升我国足球的综合竞争实力。在校园足球的推动之下,近年来,对于足球的相关研究正在不断的扩展,如何更好的开展校园足球的业余训练也成为当下研究的一个课题。本文选取“郑州市”初中校园足球业余训练的情况来研究分析,郑州为河南省的省会,是河南省足球的中心,足球对郑州市来说有着广泛的群众基础,其校园足球运动近年来的开展情况在河南省有一定的影响和地位。研究郑州市的校园足球初中业余训练情况,可以更大程度的促进郑州市校园足球的改革和发展,为郑州市校园足球初中业余训练水平的提高提供一定有价值参考,并为我国校园足球的发展研究提供一定的理论借鉴。通过调查分析,得出以下结论:1、调查显示被调查的郑州市校园足球初中业余训练教师队伍的年龄、职业构成等方面的情况有所改善,学校的硬件设施情况基本能满足教学的需要,领导和教师对足球教学的重视程度需要进一步提高。2、郑州市校园足球初中业余训练参加人数在通过培养足球兴趣的前提下参与业余训练学生人数的反馈情况为有所增加,主要表现在初二年龄段训练人数的增加;班主任和家长支持学生参与业余训练的态度有所改善,总体情况改善不明显。3、郑州市足球初中业余训练保障机制逐步完善,业余训练的计划比较明确,校园足球基础设施基本能够保障业余训练的需要,但经费资金投入的问题制约着学校足球的发展,校园足球的宣传保障有待于进一步的加强。4、郑州市校园足球初中业余训练学校制定的训练目标相对于初中体育发展目标而言比较具体和完善,业余训练各个学校训练时间的控制因情况不同存在较大变数,训练过程中对训练难度和强度的控制还有待于进一步提高和改善。5、郑州市校园足球初中开展业余训练的学校基本能够贯彻执行我国校园足球发展规划中的要求,推广足球在校园的普及力度,积极在校园内开展足球竞赛,校内竞赛以班级竞赛占主导地位,但积极参与高级别的校外竞赛的热情度不高。6、通过对郑州市初中开展业余训练中校园足球影响因素的调查统计分析结果,得出主要的影响因素排在前五位的是“经费资金”、“领导重视程度”、“教练员业务水平”、“学生升学压力”、“场地设施条件”。

It is necessary to understand and analyze the training situation of junior high school students. In the golden stage of football training, through systematic professional training to improve the physical quality of students, at the same time, to establish the football foundation for the improvement of football level, to form the football consciousness, so that it can be improved more quickly in the tactical application. To improve the students' basic quality of football is helpful to strengthen the reserve of our country's football reserve and thus enhance the comprehensive competitive strength of our country's football. Under the impetus of campus football, in recent years, the related research on football is constantly expanding, how to better develop the amateur training of campus football has become a topic of current research. This article selects the "Zhengzhou" junior middle school campus soccer amateur training situation to study the analysis, Zhengzhou is the Henan province capital, is Henan Province soccer center, the soccer has the widespread masses foundation to Zhengzhou, The development of campus football in recent years in Henan Province has a certain impact and status. The study on the amateur training of campus football junior high school in Zhengzhou can promote the reform and development of campus football in Zhengzhou to a greater extent, and provide some valuable reference for the improvement of amateur training level of campus football junior high school in Zhengzhou. And for the development of campus football in China to provide a certain theoretical reference. Through investigation and analysis, we can draw the following conclusion: 1. The investigation shows that the age and professional composition of the contingent of amateur football teachers in junior high school football in Zhengzhou City have improved. The hardware facilities of the school can basically meet the needs of teaching. Leaders and teachers should pay more attention to football teaching. The feedback on the number of students participating in amateur training under the premise of cultivating interest in football in Zhengzhou campus football junior high school is increasing. This is mainly reflected in the increase in the number of students in the second year of junior high school; the attitude of the class teachers and parents supporting students to participate in amateur training has improved, but the overall situation has not improved significantly. The guarantee mechanism for amateur training in the junior middle school of football in Zhengzhou City has been gradually improved. The plan for amateur training is relatively clear. The basic infrastructure of campus football can basically guarantee the need for amateur training, but the problem of funding and investment restricts the development of school football. The propaganda and guarantee of campus football need to be further strengthened. The training goals formulated by Zhengzhou campus football junior high school amateur training school are more specific and perfect than the junior high school sports development goals. The control of training time in various schools for amateur training varies greatly depending on the situation. In the course of training, the control of training difficulty and intensity still needs to be further raised and improved .5.The school that carries out amateur training in Zhengzhou campus football junior middle school can basically carry out the requirements of the development plan of campus football in our country. To promote the popularity of football on campus and to actively conduct football competitions on campus, in which class competitions dominate, However, the enthusiasm for actively participating in high-level out-of-school competitions is not high.
