浅谈小班化语文教学

【摘要】:与传统大班额班级授课相比,小班化教育是一种特殊的班级授课形式,它体现了当前社会人们对教育质量和教育公平的追求,以及国家对教育现代化的重视。我国的许多地区也都在相继开展小班化教育改革。作为语文教育者,我们应当与时俱进,对小班化教育有所了解和研究。我们应该主动学习并且接受小班化教育的价值取向和教育理念,并且应当从认识到行为上重新建构小班化教育背景下的语文教学。传统班级授课制下的语文课堂,学生语文学习的积极性和主动性不足,教学方式较为单一,语文教学很少兼顾学生的个体差异。实施小班化教育改革,在一定程度上可以弥补班级授课制的不足和弊端。因此,在小班化教育背景下的语文课堂应该焕发新的生机与活力。本文正是从小班化教育的价值追求和自身优势入手,探讨小班化教育背景下的语文教学,研究小班化教育背景下语文教育应当有所改变,有所创新之处。希望语文教育工作者能改变传统的认识和思维定式,对小班化教育有正确和更加深刻的理解,突破传统班级授课的桎梏,引领新时期的语文教育。
[Abstract]:Compared with the traditional large-class teaching, the small-class education is a special class teaching form, which reflects the current social people's pursuit of education quality and education equity, as well as the country's emphasis on the modernization of education. Many areas of our country are also carrying out small-class education reform one after another. As Chinese educators, we should keep pace with the times and understand and study small-class education. We should take the initiative to learn and accept the value orientation and educational idea of small class education, and we should reconstruct the Chinese teaching in the context of small class education from the aspect of cognition and behavior. Under the traditional class teaching system, the students' Chinese learning enthusiasm and initiative are not enough, the teaching method is relatively single, and the Chinese teaching seldom takes into account the individual differences of the students. To a certain extent, the implementation of small-class education reform can make up for the shortcomings and drawbacks of class teaching system. Therefore, in the context of small-class education, the Chinese classroom should be full of new vitality and vitality. This paper starts with the value pursuit and advantages of the small-class education, probes into the Chinese teaching in the context of the small-class education, and studies that the Chinese education under the background of the small-class education should be changed and innovated. It is hoped that the Chinese educators can change the traditional understanding and thinking pattern, have a correct and deeper understanding of the small-class education, break through the shackles of the traditional class teaching, and lead the Chinese education in the new period.
