新课程背景下中小学美术教师专业发展状况及其应对策略

【摘要】:促进中小学美术教师的专业发展,提高其专业化水平,不仅是新课程对中小学美术教师提出的更高要求,也是时代发展赋予中小学美术教师的现实期望。本文试图从观照中小学美术学科教师的现状及存在的突出问题入手,剖析在新课程背景下中小学美术教师专业发展的现实需求,从而探索实现中小学美术学科教师专业化水平提高的策略。
[Abstract]:To promote the professional development of art teachers in primary and secondary schools and to improve their professional level are not only the higher requirements of the new curriculum for art teachers in primary and secondary schools, but also the realistic expectations given to them by the development of the times. This paper attempts to analyze the practical needs of the professional development of art teachers in primary and secondary schools under the background of the new curriculum, starting with the current situation and outstanding problems of art teachers in primary and secondary schools. In order to explore the realization of primary and secondary art teachers to improve the professional level of the strategy.
