新课程下初中生物生成性资源的开发和利用研究

【摘要】:新课改实行的今天,“如何开发与利用生成性教学资源”将作为一个较新的研究课题展现在大家面前。为了提高促进初中生物学教师课堂教学的有效性,也为了提高教师自身的职业素养,应该加强对“生成性”概念的认识理解及研究。对传统教学模式加以改进,在原来的课堂上营造宽松积极的氛围,适时捕捉并利用好课堂中的生成性资源,因为它稍逊即逝,有弹性地预设教学内容,借助微博、教案反思及教学论文等形式善于总结反思,从而促进教师自身专业成长。本研究以镇江新区四所初中的生物学教师为调查对象,调查了该区初中生物学教师生成性资源利用能力的现状,并对调查结果进行了深入的分析。本研究还通过典型的生物学课堂案例,评析了课堂生成性资源的利用现状和利用方法,并阐述了研究者的个人观点,还提出了几点对生成性资源开发和利用的对策:提高职业素养,加强对“生成性”的认识和理解;改进教学方式,营造宽松课堂氛围;弹性预设,不断反思,专业成长。
[Abstract]:Today, with the implementation of the new curriculum reform, "how to develop and utilize generative teaching resources" will be presented to us as a relatively new research topic. In order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching of biology teachers in junior high school, and to improve teachers' professional accomplishment, we should strengthen the understanding and research on the concept of "generative". To improve the traditional teaching mode, to create a relaxed and positive atmosphere in the original classroom, to catch and make good use of the generative resources in the classroom in good time, because it is a little too late, to flexibly presuppose the teaching content, and to use Weibo, Teaching plan reflection and teaching paper are good at summing up reflection, so as to promote teachers' professional growth. In this study, the present situation of generative resource utilization ability of biology teachers in Zhenjiang New District was investigated, and the results were analyzed deeply. This study also analyzes the current situation and methods of classroom generative resources utilization through typical biological classroom cases, and expounds the personal views of the researchers. It also puts forward some countermeasures for the development and utilization of generative resources: to improve professional literacy and to strengthen the understanding of generativity; Improve teaching methods, create a relaxed classroom atmosphere; flexible presupposition, continuous reflection, professional growth.
