淄博市中学体育教学资源的开发利用及优化研究

【摘要】：体育教学资源作为教学资源的重要组成部分,需要采取可持续发展的方式,来保证资源合理利用。现如今中学在体育教学资源的开发利用和优化方面做的还不尽人意,主要有学校的资金投入不足、资源配置不合理、学校的师资队伍不够雄厚等现状。淄博市各地区中学和全国大多数城市存在的现象一样。本文将通过对淄博市部分初、高中学校的体育教学资源现状的分析,并找出淄博市初、高中学校存在的问题,主要表现在政府教育资金投入不足、学校资源配置不充分、教师队伍配备不合理、新兴的体育教学资源缺失、体育教学资源优化方式落后等现象。本文通过文献综述法、调查问卷法、逻辑分析法等方法,分析研究淄博市高中学校的体育教学资源的投入、利用情况。把了解到的情况进行合理的分析,得出以下结论：1.体育教师数量不足,人均工作量分配不合理,体育教师任务重,工作量大,休息时间少,积极性不高。2.占用体育课现象时有发生,学生学习积极性下降,学生对换课有不满情绪。3.大部分学校体育经费投入不足,资源分配不合理,人均占有量低,不能满足学生进行课外活动的要求。4.体育教学资源的选择利用方式落后,没有充分利用学校、社会、家庭的的集体力量,无法确保全体学生进行正常的上课、锻炼。5.新兴的体育教学资源开发和利用程度较低,体育教学内容不够充实。教学内容单一,学生对体育课产生厌倦心理。6.传统的体育教育观念仍然严重,体育教学有形资源的保养、维护和更新的速度减慢。
[Abstract]:As an important part of teaching resources, PE teaching resources need to adopt the way of sustainable development to ensure the rational use of resources. Nowadays, the development and optimization of PE teaching resources in middle schools is not satisfactory, mainly the lack of investment in school funds, the unreasonable allocation of resources, the lack of strong teachers in schools and so on. Zibo City in various regions of secondary schools and most of the country's urban existence of the same phenomenon. This paper will analyze the present situation of physical education teaching resources in some junior high school schools in Zibo City, and find out the problems existing in the middle school in Zibo City, which are mainly reflected in the insufficient investment of government education funds and the insufficient allocation of school resources. The teachers are unreasonably equipped, the new PE teaching resources are lacking, and the optimization of PE teaching resources is backward and so on. Based on the methods of literature review, questionnaire, logic analysis and so on, this paper analyzes and studies the input and utilization of physical education resources in high school in Zibo. The understanding of the situation of a reasonable analysis, draw the following conclusions: 1. The number of physical education teachers is insufficient, the distribution of workload per capita is unreasonable, the task of physical education teachers is heavy, the workload is large, the rest time is less, the enthusiasm is not high. 2. Occupation of physical education class phenomenon occurred from time to time, students learning enthusiasm decreased, students have dissatisfaction with the change of classes. 3. Most of the school sports funds insufficient investment, unreasonable allocation of resources, low per capita possession, can not meet the requirements of extracurricular activities for students. 4. The choice and utilization of physical education teaching resources is backward, and the collective strength of school, society and family is not fully utilized, which can not ensure the normal class and exercise of all students. The development and utilization of new PE teaching resources is low, and the content of PE teaching is not enough. The teaching content is single, the student produces the weariness psychology to the physical education class. 6. The traditional concept of physical education is still serious, and the rate of maintenance, maintenance and renewal of physical education tangible resources is slowing down.
