伊宁初中家长参与家长会现状调查研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济的不断发展,社会在对教育寄予更多期望的同时,也向教育提出了更高的要求。由于教育对象所处环境的复杂性,学校、家庭二者必须通力合作,才能完成教育人这一复杂的社会系统工程。因此,加强学校与家庭的沟通与合作显得尤为重要。在我国,家长会是家长参与学校教育最普通的一种形式。本论文对伊宁市初中生父母参与家长会的现状进行了较为深入的实践研究,旨在探明初中生父母参与家长会上存在的问题,分析影响这些问题形成的原因,并探索解决问题的策略。论文在文献研究基础上,采用了问卷调查法和访谈法,在初中生父母与学校互动、与子女互动、与其他家长互动三个层面展开调查,从而了解伊宁市初中生父母参与家长会存在问题以及影响这些问题形成的原因,并提出解决对策。通过调查发现,无论是在与学校互动、与子女互动还是与其他家长互动均存在一定问题,影响了初中生父母对家长会的参与。不同身份、民族、年级、文化程度的初中生父母对参与家长会的意愿存在一定的差异。影响初中生父母参与家长会的因素涉及家长、学校、和伊宁地区地域环境四个主要方面。影响初中生父母参与家长会的学校因素有三点即班级授课制的客观限制、学校与教师合作态度消极、学校对家长会认识偏差。本研究建议通过加强学校管理拓宽家长会形式与内容、加强教师与学生父母沟通、尊重学生心理特征对学生正确引导、针对伊宁地域因素建议等来提高初中生父母参与家长会的水平。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of knowledge economy, the society places more expectations on education, but also puts forward higher requirements to education. Due to the complexity of the environment in which the educational objects are located, both schools and families must work together in order to complete the complex social system engineering of educating people. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the communication and cooperation between school and family. In our country, parents'meeting is the most common form of parents' participation in school education. This paper has carried on the thorough practice research to the present situation of the parents' participation in the parents' meeting of the junior high school students in Yining city, aimed to find out the problems existing in the parents' participation in the parents' meeting of junior high school students, and analyze the reasons that affect the formation of these problems. And explore the strategy of solving the problem. On the basis of literature research, this paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview method to investigate the interaction between parents and schools, children and other parents in junior high school. In order to understand the parents of Yining junior high school students to participate in the parents of the problems and influence the formation of these problems, and put forward solutions. Through the investigation, it is found that there are some problems in the interaction with school, with children or with other parents, which affects the participation of parents of junior high school students in parent-teacher meetings. Parents of junior high school students with different identities, nationalities, grades and education levels have different intention to participate in parent meeting. The factors that affect the parents' participation in the parents' meeting include parents, schools, and the regional environment in Yining area. There are three factors that influence the parents' participation in parent-teacher meeting: the objective limitation of class teaching system, the negative attitude of cooperation between school and teacher, and the deviation of school's understanding of parent-teacher meeting. This study suggests to broaden the form and content of parent-teacher meetings by strengthening school management, to strengthen communication between teachers and students' parents, and to correctly guide students by respecting students' psychological characteristics. In order to improve the level of parents' participation in parent meeting, Yining's regional factors are suggested to improve junior high school students' parents' participation in parents' meetings.
