中学数学教师信息素养现状及对策探究
[Abstract]:Under the tide of information technology, using modern education technology can improve the teaching process and improve the teaching efficiency of teachers. As an important part of teachers' professional accomplishment, information literacy has been paid more and more attention by the educational circles. With the development of mathematics research field, mathematics plays a more and more important role in information construction. The digitalization of information is more closely related to all aspects of human production and life. Therefore, it puts forward higher requirements to the information literacy of middle school mathematics teachers. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part, the research background, research problems, research purposes and significance and research methods; In the second part, on the basis of expounding the information literacy and teachers' information literacy, and combining the teaching characteristics of middle school mathematics, the author constructs the information literacy structure system of middle school mathematics teachers. Then it demonstrates the promotion and development of information education to mathematics education and teaching. The third part mainly introduces the investigation plan of this research, and carries on the analysis according to the investigation result. The problems involved are analyzed from the statistical results of the data, and the possible causes are discussed. The fourth part is according to the questionnaire analysis and the teacher interview result proposed the restriction middle school mathematics teacher information accomplishment development factor. The fifth part is from the education administration, the school leadership, the teacher personal three big aspects raises the high school mathematics teacher information accomplishment the countermeasure and the suggestion. This article mainly uses the literature research method, the questionnaire survey method, the interview method, the statistical analysis method. Through the research and analysis of this subject, the author hopes to provide theoretical support and practical basis for training the information literacy of middle school mathematics teachers, and then continuously improve the overall quality of middle school mathematics teachers. To improve the teaching efficiency and teaching quality of mathematics teachers and to promote the process of education informatization in China.
