自主学习教学模式在初中体育课堂的实验性应用研究

【摘要】:自主学习教学模式是指在教师的指导下,学生根据每人不同的情况,制订学习计划、选择学习的内容和方法,充分利用教学资源完成学习目标的一种学习模式。它突出了以学生为主体的现代教学的特点,提高学生在体育课堂上的主动性并培养其体育学习兴趣。就我国目前实施素质教育的形势,培养学生学习的自主性与创造性已成为现代社会对学校体育教育的新要求。新课标要求自主教学、合作教学、探究式教学三方面的理念,三方面相互联系,配合补充,本文以自主学习为切入点,通过教学实验,比较实验班与对照班的学生体育成绩的变化情况。现代教学课堂要求充分发挥学生的主体性,将课堂由教师主导过渡到教师积极引导下的学生自主学习,教师为学生的发展指引方向并及时纠正偏离学习轨道的学生。通过数据分析经过一段时间学习后的学生的成绩变化情况,通过体育测试成绩直观地对比实验班与对照班的差异,揭示体育自主学习对初中生体育学习、体育兴趣以及自主学习能力的影响。本研究主要使用教学实验法、观察法以及问卷调查法等。通过问卷调查章丘市党家中学初二学生的体育学习状况,随机选择实验班和对照班,由有经验的体育教师担任本实验的课堂组织者,学生完全不知道本实验的目的。实验教学项目为篮球,区别于田径项目固定的场地和技术,篮球项目场地情况变化多样,防守情况千变万化,运球过人的动作组合多样,无固定的模式,这就激发了学生对篮球运动的学习兴趣。笔者在课堂教学实施过程中担任观察者,观察并记录学生在体育课堂上的表现,关注学生在体育学习过程中的行为表现,例如练习积极性、合作学习情况、与教师同学交流等方面,对比两班学生在体育课上多方面的差异,并结合任课教师的直观教学感受进行分析。本研究通过篮球技术的教学实验,进行实验班和对照班的数据对比,得出如下结果:1.运用体育自主教学模式,结合体育教师的积极引导,可以提高学生体育课堂参与积极性,激发学生积极自主以及主动创造性的对知识以及技能的探求欲,利于形成终身体育思想。2.实验数据表明,自主学习教学模式的运用,对于学生的篮球技术的提高有较大的帮助,在学习过程中表现出更多的创造性学习,学生有较强的学习动机,相对于传统的教学模式,自主教学模式所导致的学生学习成绩的进步幅度更大。3.自主学习教学在技能主导类运动项目中表现的效果更加明显,对于体能主导类运动项目,两教学模式在短时间内的教学效果不存在显著性差异。4.自主学习教学模式有效克服了传统教学模式中的弊端,即学生处于的被动接受学习状态,突出“以学生为中心”,提倡主动学习,优化教学过程,提高了教学的效率和学习效果。
[Abstract]:Autonomous learning teaching mode is a learning model in which students, under the guidance of teachers, draw up learning plans, choose learning contents and methods, and make full use of teaching resources to accomplish their learning goals. It highlights the characteristics of modern teaching with students as the main body, enhances students' initiative in physical education class and trains their interest in physical education. In view of the current situation of implementing quality education in our country, cultivating students' autonomy and creativity in learning has become a new requirement for school physical education in modern society. The new curriculum standard requires three aspects of the concepts of autonomous teaching, cooperative teaching and inquiry teaching. The three aspects are interrelated and complementary. This paper takes autonomous learning as the starting point, through teaching experiments, To compare the changes of students' sports scores between the experimental class and the control class. The modern teaching classroom requires the students to give full play to the subjectivity of the students, and make the transition from teacher-led to student-independent learning under the active guidance of teachers. The teachers guide the development of students and correct the students who deviate from the track of learning in time. By analyzing the change of students' achievement after a period of study, comparing the differences between the experimental class and the control class directly through the physical education test results, this paper reveals that the independent learning of physical education can improve the physical education learning of junior high school students. The influence of sports interest and autonomous learning ability. This research mainly uses the teaching experiment method, the observation method and the questionnaire survey method and so on. Through a questionnaire survey on the physical education learning status of the second grade middle school students in Zhangqiu City, the experimental class and the control class were randomly selected, and the experienced physical education teachers served as the classroom organizers of the experiment. The students had no idea of the purpose of the experiment. The experimental teaching item is basketball, which is different from the fixed field and technique of track and field events. The situation of basketball project is varied, the defense situation is changeable, the movement combination of dribbling is various, and there is no fixed mode. This stimulated students' interest in basketball. The author acts as an observer in the course of classroom teaching, observes and records the students' performance in the physical education class, and pays close attention to the behavior of the students in the process of learning physical education, such as practicing enthusiasm and cooperative learning. This paper compares the differences between the two classes in physical education, and analyzes the intuitive teaching experience of the teachers. This research through the basketball technique teaching experiment, carries on the experimental class and the control class data comparison, obtains the following results: 1. The application of the independent teaching mode of physical education and the active guidance of the physical education teachers can improve the students' enthusiasm for participating in the physical education classroom, and stimulate the students' desire for knowledge and skills, which is active and creative. Conducive to the formation of lifelong sports thinking. 2. The experimental data show that the application of autonomous learning teaching mode is of great help to the improvement of students' basketball skills, showing more creative learning in the process of learning, and students have strong learning motivation. Compared with the traditional teaching model, the autonomous teaching model results in a greater improvement of students' academic performance. 3. 3. The effect of autonomous learning teaching in skill-oriented sports is more obvious, and there is no significant difference in teaching effect between the two teaching modes in a short period of time. 4. The autonomous learning teaching model effectively overcomes the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode, that is, the students are in the passive accepting learning state, emphasizing "student-centered", advocating active learning, and optimizing the teaching process. Improve the efficiency of teaching and learning effect.
