四川省广安市中学教师职业紧张反应现状及其影响因素调查

【摘要】:目的 探讨四川省广安市中学教师职业紧张反应的现状及其影响因素。方法 采用随机整群抽样的方法,利用职业紧张量表(OSI-R)及自制影响因素调查表进行问卷调查。结果 (1)除人际关系紧张反应外,广安市中学教师个体紧张反应及各子项得分均显著高于西南地区常模,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),且紧张反应检出率为29.8%。(2)单因素分析发现,女教师紧张反应检出率显著高于男教师,教龄在20年及以上者及高级职称者紧张反应检出率最低,月收入小于或等于3 000元的教师紧张反应检出率高于月收入3 000元以上者,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);紧张反应组教师职业任务得分显著高于正常组,应对资源得分显著低于正常组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。(3)多因素logistic回归分析发现,女性、职业任务重及应对资源缺乏是广安市中学教师发生职业紧张反应的独立危险因素。结论 广安市中学教师职业紧张反应水平较高,女性、职业任务重及应对资源缺乏是其主要危险因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the present situation and influencing factors of teachers' occupational stress reaction in middle school in Guang'an City, Sichuan Province. Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to investigate occupational stress scale (OSI-R) and self-made questionnaire of influencing factors. Results (1) in addition to interpersonal stress reaction, the scores of individual stress reaction and subitems of teachers in Guang'an City were significantly higher than those of the norm in Southwest China (P0.05). The positive rate of stress reaction in female teachers was significantly higher than that in male teachers, and the detection rate of stress reaction was the lowest in those with 20 years of teaching experience or more than 20 years and those with senior professional titles, (2) univariate analysis showed that the positive rate of stress reaction in female teachers was significantly higher than that in male teachers. The positive rate of teachers' stress reaction with monthly income of less than or equal to 3,000 yuan was higher than that of those with monthly income of more than 3,000 yuan, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The scores of teachers' professional tasks in the stress response group were significantly higher than those in the normal group, and the scores of coping resources were significantly lower than those in the normal group (P0.05). (3). Heavy vocational tasks and lack of coping resources are independent risk factors for teachers to react to occupational stress in Guang'an City. Conclusion the level of occupational stress response of middle school teachers in Guang'an City is high. Female, heavy vocational task and lack of coping resources are the main risk factors.
