中小学武术段位制推广模式研究

【摘要】:中国武术段位制作为一项全面评价习武者武术水平的等级制度,历经18年的探索与发展,已成为武术标准化建设的重要载体,有效推动了武术的推广普及与武术文化的传播。武术段位制的改革与发展也为处于困境之中的中小学武术教育提供了改革的良方。2014年5月6日《武术段位制推广十年规划》正式颁布实施,《规划》中明确指出中小学是武术段位制推广工作的重中之重,要求在两年试点阶段结束后构建出切实可行的推广模式。十年规划的颁布实施对理论研究提出了新的要求,然而当前有关中小学武术段位制推广模式的研究寥寥可数,理论研究远远落后于实践需求。鉴于此,本文以中小学武术段位制推广模式为研究对象,通过对文献法、调查法、个案法、系统法、逻辑分析法等研究方法的综合运用,有针对性地、系统地研究了武术段位制推广的社会作用力与文化作用力、武术段位制推广与中小学武术教育的契合路径、试点中小学校武术段位制的推广情况、中小学武术段位制推广模式的构建与解读等问题。武术段位制在推广与传播的过程中必然会在不同层面与社会生活以及民族文化产生相互作用,形成一定的社会影响与文化效应,构成武术段位制推广的作用力。全民健身人数的增加以及休闲生活的泛化构成段位制推广的社会基础与社会动力。科学的段位技术体系与现代媒介的快速发展是段位制推广的技术根基与传播动力。弘扬民族文化和培育民族精神,加深民众的文化自觉与文化自信,是段位制推广的文化表达与文化立场。增强民族文化软实力,实现民族文化复兴是武术段位制推广的文化归依。武术段位制的改革与发展也为处于困境之中的中小学武术教育提供了可供借鉴的发展路径。段位制教材的创编、教学方法的探索以及段位制师资的培训解决了中小学武术教育“教什么”、“如何教”、“谁来教”的发展瓶颈。段位制等级体系与学段的有机结合构建起了中小学武术教育的新体系,增强了学校武术教育与社会的合作交流。《十年规划》的颁布实施为中小学武术教育实现发展的突破注入了新的活力。通过对四所省级试点中小学校进行走访调研,结果显示:教育管理部门、地方武术协会与学校的密切合作,有助于加快武术段位制推广进程;武术段位制推广与国学教育相结合,有助于丰富武术段位制的推广内容;段位制技术与地方特色拳种相结合,有助于打造校园特色;课堂教学与课外武术社团相结合,拓宽了武术段位制的推广形式;学校师资培养与武术协会指导培训相结合,为校园推广提供了师资保障。通过对中小学武术段位制推广模式的内涵进行阐释,提出中小学武术段位制推广模式是在《武术段位制推广十年规划》指导下,以中小学生为推广对象,所构建的较为稳定且具有普遍适用性的推广活动的结构框架与实施程序。旨在通过中小学校园武术段位制的推广普及,传承武术文化,培育和弘扬民族精神,促进学生身心全面健康发展。在此基础上,以传播学经典理论拉斯韦尔“5W”模式及系统论相关理论作为推广模式构建的理论依据,从中小学武术段位制的推广目标、推广主体、推广对象、推广内容、推广路径、推广保障、推广效果评估以及推广反馈等八个不同环节对推广模式进行了构建,并对各推广环节的作用以及实际操作内容进行了解读。研究认为,中小学武术段位制推广模式的构建为武术段位制在中小学校的具体实施提供了可供参考的实践范式,为十年规划的进一步贯彻落实提供实质性帮助。
[Abstract]:As a system of comprehensive evaluation of the martial arts level of the Chinese Wushu, the Chinese martial arts section system has become an important carrier of the standardized construction of the martial arts through the exploration and development of the 18 years, and effectively promotes the popularization of the martial arts and the spread of the martial arts culture. The reform and development of the martial arts section system also provides a good party for the reform of the martial arts education in the middle and middle schools in the difficult situation. On May 6, 2014, the 10-year plan for the popularization of the martial arts section was promulgated and implemented. The clearly indicated that the primary and secondary schools were the most important for the promotion of the martial arts section. A practical extension model is required after the end of the two-year pilot phase. However, the research on the promotion model of the level of the martial arts in primary and secondary schools is very few, and the theoretical research is far behind the practical demand. The rapid development of the scientific segment technology system and the modern media is the technology foundation and the transmission power of the segment system promotion. To carry forward the national culture and to cultivate the national spirit, to deepen the cultural consciousness and the cultural self-confidence of the people, is the cultural expression and the cultural position of the promotion of the segment system. To strengthen the soft power of the national culture and to realize the revival of the national culture is the culture of the promotion of the martial arts.
