初级中学校园足球可持续发展评价体系构建

【摘要】：全国青少年校园足球活动简称“校园足球”,它是促进青少年体质健康、培养全面发展的足球后备人才、推动我国足球运动水平提高的有效手段。校园足球的发展是一项系统工程,需要各级政府、社会、学校和家庭等各方通力合作共同完成,在发展的过程中,需要科学评价其发展能力和水平,分析所具备的优势和存在的不足,是监测、调控和正确引导校园足球走可持续发展之路的关键。本文主要分为七章,第一章,绪论,主要阐述了本文的研究背景、研究意义、研究的对象、方法、主要内容以及创新之处和局限性。第二章,对国内外相关研究进行了分析和梳理。第三章,详细阐述可持续发展理论,系统分析原理和综合评价理论,并对相关概念进行界定。第四章,运用专家调查法,发放两轮专家咨询问卷,构建出初级中学校园足球可持续发展评价体系。第五章,运用层次分析法,计算出权重体系。第六章,运用模糊综合评价法对南京市初级中学校园足球可持续发展能力进行评价。第七章,结论与展望。本研究得出以下结论:第一,初级中学校园足球可持续发展评价指标体系共包括3个一级指标(生存保障支持子系统、发展动力支持子系统和社会保障支持子系统),10个二级指标(基础资源、校内活动、校外交流、主体需求满足度、组织管理、发展水平、政府扶持、文化氛围、物质支持和安全保障)和38个三级指标。第二,运用模糊综合评价法对南京市初级中学校园足球可持续发展能力进行评价,得出南京市初级中学校园足球可持续发展能力的概率为0.3364,处于一般水平,并向好的趋势发展,其隶属于“好”的等级程度也达到0.2935。同时认为模糊综合评价法适合于初级中学校园足球可持续发展能力的评价。第三,初级中学校园足球可持续发展评价体系的建立是基于一定的理论基础上,具有科学性、规范性和概括性,同时,对南京市进行实证分析,证明本评价体系具有可操作性和有效性。本研究的创新之处在于以可持续发展理论、系统分析原理和综合评价理论为基础,运用专家调查法和层次分析法确定初级中学校园足球可持续发展评价指标体系权重体系,运用模糊综合评价法对南京市初级中学校园足球发展情况进行评价,为校园足球管理者提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:The national youth campus football activity is referred to as "campus football", which is an effective means to promote the physical health of young people, train the reserve talents of football in an all-round way, and promote the improvement of football level in our country. The development of campus football is a systematic project, which needs the cooperation of all levels of government, society, school and family. In the process of development, it is necessary to evaluate its development ability and level scientifically. The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages is the key to monitor, control and correctly guide campus football to take the road of sustainable development. This paper is divided into seven chapters, the first chapter, introduction, mainly elaborated the research background, the research significance, the research object, the method, the main content as well as the innovation place and the limitation. The second chapter, the domestic and foreign related research has carried on the analysis and the combing. In the third chapter, the theory of sustainable development, the theory of system analysis and the theory of comprehensive evaluation are elaborated in detail. In the fourth chapter, the evaluation system of sustainable development of campus football in junior middle school is constructed by issuing two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire with the method of expert investigation. The fifth chapter, uses the analytic hierarchy process, calculates the weight system. The sixth chapter uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the sustainable development ability of Nanjing junior middle school campus football. Chapter seven, conclusion and prospect. The conclusions of this study are as follows: first, the evaluation index system of sustainable development of junior high school campus football consists of three first-level indicators (survival support subsystem, development motivation support subsystem and social security support subsystem). Ten secondary indicators (basic resources, campus activities, out-of-school communication, satisfaction of subject needs, organizational management, level of development, government support, cultural atmosphere, material support and security) and 38 indicators. Secondly, using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the sustainable development ability of Nanjing junior middle school campus football, the probability of the sustainable development ability of Nanjing junior middle school campus football is 0.3364, which is in the general level. And to the good trend, its subordinate to "good" level also reached 0.2935. At the same time, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is suitable for the evaluation of the sustainable development ability of middle school campus football. Thirdly, the evaluation system of the sustainable development of junior middle school campus football is based on certain theory, scientific, normative and general, at the same time, the empirical analysis of Nanjing, It is proved that the evaluation system is operable and effective. The innovation of this research is based on the theory of sustainable development, the principle of system analysis and the theory of comprehensive evaluation, and the weight system of evaluation index system of junior high school campus football sustainable development is determined by expert investigation method and analytic hierarchy process. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the development of campus football in Nanjing junior middle school, which provides a certain reference for the managers of campus football.
