温州市中学生伤害现况调查及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解温州市中学生伤害发生现况及其影响因素,为制定预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法于2015年4月,采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,抽取5 199名中学生,对其过去1年伤害发生情况进行回顾性问卷调查。采用SPSS 19.0软件进行χ~2检验和多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果中学生伤害发生率为17.69%,伤害发生人次率为23.50%。男性伤害发生率高于女性,高中生伤害发生率高于初中生,乡镇伤害发生率高于城市。伤害发生地点主要为学校(50.41%)、宿舍或家里(24.71%)、街道(13.58%)。伤害类型居前3位的依次为扭伤、跌倒或坠落、碰撞或挤压伤。多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,学习成绩差、男性、惯用左手、做家务多、母亲学历低、父亲是工人、高中生和视力异常可能是伤害的危险因素。结论温州地区中学生伤害发生率水平相对不高,但危险因素较多,须采取针对性措施,进一步减少伤害的发生。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation and influencing factors of injuries among middle school students in Wenzhou, and to provide scientific basis for making preventive and control measures. Methods in April, 2015, 5 199 middle school students were selected by multi-stage stratified random cluster sampling, and their injuries in the past year were investigated retrospectively. 蠂 ~ 2 test and multivariate unconditioned logistic regression analysis were performed with SPSS 19.0 software. Results the incidence of injury was 17.699.The incidence rate of injury was 23.50. The incidence of injury was higher in male than in female, higher in senior high school than in junior high school, and higher in township than in city. The main sites of injury were school (50.41%), dormitory or home (24.71%) and street (13.58%). The top three injury types were sprain, fall or fall, collision or crush injury. The results of multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis showed that poor academic achievement, male, left-handed, more housework, low education of mother, father as worker, high school students and abnormal eyesight may be risk factors of injury. Conclusion the level of injury rate of middle school students in Wenzhou area is relatively low, but there are many risk factors, so it is necessary to take targeted measures to further reduce the incidence of injury.
