新课程改革下思想品德课和谐师生关系的研究

【摘要】:在新课程改革背景下,思想品德课教学快速发展,面临许多严峻问题及挑战,和谐教育理念的提出正符合思想品德课教学改革发展需要。在思想品德课新课程改革中,如何通过对存在的问题进行分析及提出解决策略,以营造的和谐师生关系,这既是现实中需要着重研究的问题,也将具有重要的参考意义和实践价值。在教学活动中,师生关系是最基本的一种人际关系,也是最具有核心价值的人际关系。文章通过介绍新课程改革背景下的新课程观、新学生观、新目标观和新方法观,阐述新课程改革背景下的思想品德课和谐师生关系的具体内涵以及具体意义;分析新课程改革背景下的思想品德课和谐师生关系具有开放性、时代性、思想性、参与性和价值观引领性等显著特征。其中选取中山具有代表性的五所中学作为调查对象,调查分析目前思想品德课和谐师生关系的现状,发现其存在师生缺乏思想沟通与信任、课堂教学缺乏时代性吸引力、课堂气氛沉闷不够活跃、课外缺乏实践影响成效、课外忽视与学生有效沟通等问题。经过分析得出产生上述问题的主要原因是:学生原因、教师原因、学校原因、家庭原因以及社会原因。结合思想品德课和谐师生关系的历史情况,针对以上五个方面的原因,文章提出以下“五个策略”:一是促使学生转变自身态度以尊师重教,二是促使教师更新教学理念提高自身素质,三是学校注重德育创设和谐校园气氛,四是家庭转变理念促进师生关系,五是社会改善风气营造良好的社会氛围。相关对策将为提高思想品德课和谐师生关系,实现新课程改革战略发展目标提供参考,同时也期望能为同类科目教学提供借鉴。通过以上论证,新课程改革下思想品德课和谐师生关系研究可以有效提升思想品德课的教学效果,不断培养学生情感,引导学生树立良好的信念和价值。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new curriculum reform, the teaching of ideological and moral education develops rapidly and faces many severe problems and challenges. The idea of harmonious education is in line with the need of the reform and development of ideological and moral education. In the course of the new curriculum reform of ideological and moral course, how to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship through analyzing the existing problems and putting forward some strategies to solve them is a problem that needs to be studied in reality. Also will have the important reference significance and the practice value. In teaching activities, teacher-student relationship is the most basic interpersonal relationship, and also the most valuable interpersonal relationship. Through introducing the new curriculum view, new student view, new goal view and new method view under the background of the new curriculum reform, this paper expounds the concrete connotation and the concrete significance of the harmonious teacher-student relationship in the ideological and moral course under the background of the new curriculum reform. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the harmonious teacher-student relationship under the background of the new curriculum reform, such as openness, epochal, ideological, participatory and value leading. Among them, five representative middle schools in Zhongshan are selected as the objects of investigation, and the present situation of harmonious teacher-student relationship in ideological and moral classes is investigated and analyzed. It is found that the teachers and students lack of ideological communication and trust, and classroom teaching lacks the appeal of the times. Classroom atmosphere is dull and not active, extracurricular lack of practice affects the effect, extracurricular neglect to communicate effectively with students, and so on. The main reasons for the above problems are: students, teachers, school, family and society. According to the historical situation of harmonious teacher-student relationship in ideological and moral education, the paper puts forward the following five strategies: first, to urge students to change their attitude to respect teachers and teachers, The second is to urge teachers to renew their teaching ideas to improve their own quality, the third is to pay attention to moral education to create a harmonious campus atmosphere, the fourth is to change the concept of family to promote teacher-student relations, and the fifth is to improve the social atmosphere to create a good social atmosphere. The relevant countermeasures will provide a reference for improving the harmonious teacher-student relationship of the ideological and moral course and realizing the strategic development goal of the new curriculum reform. At the same time, it is also expected to provide reference for the teaching of similar subjects. Through the above argumentation, the research on harmonious teacher-student relationship of ideological and moral course under the new curriculum reform can effectively promote the teaching effect of ideological and moral course, constantly cultivate students' emotion, and guide students to establish good faith and value.
