“加速度计”评定初中体育课运动负荷的应用研究

【摘要】:体育课运动负荷是指学生在体育课上的身体所承受的一系列的生理负担,其负荷标准是衡量体育课教学目标达成的重要指标。我国体育课运动负荷的测量方法多为心率测量,“加速度计”作为一种客观测量身体活动强度和量的新型可穿戴设备在体育课运动负荷的测评中应用较少。因此,运用“加速度计”测量体育课的运动负荷变得更加有意义。本研究旨在通过评定初中生体育课运动负荷,分析临汾市初中体育课运动负荷的现状,为“完善体育课程,提高教学水平”提供科学的依据。本研究的对象是初中生体育课运动负荷,主要运用了文献资料法、测验法、教育观察法和数理统计法分析初中体育课的运动负荷的现状。实验选取了11-15岁的初中生274名,其中初中一年级100人,初中二年级82人,初中三年级92人,共测量球类课、田径课和体操课的27堂课的814人次。研究结果显示:(1)初中体育课平均运动负荷为3.8MET,属于中等强度的运动;(2)初中体育课运动负荷男性要高于女性;(3)初中体育课初中一年级的运动负荷最低,约为3.6MET,初中二年级的运动负荷最高,约4MET。体育课准备部分和基本部分的运动负荷初中二年级最高,初中一年级最低;(4)初中体育课的体操类体育课运动负荷为3.4MET,球类体育课运动负荷约为3.8MET,田径类体育课运动负荷约为4.0ME T。体育课准备部分的运动负荷是体操类课程最高,基本部分的运动负荷是田径类课程最高,结束部分的体操类课程运动负荷最低。
[Abstract]:Sports load in physical education is a series of physiological burdens that students bear in physical education. The standard of load is an important index to measure the goal of physical education. The measuring method of sports load in physical education in our country is mostly heart rate measurement. As a new wearable device which can objectively measure the intensity and quantity of physical activity, the accelerometer is seldom used in the exercise load measurement of physical education. Therefore, it is more meaningful to use accelerometer to measure sports load in PE class. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present situation of physical education load of junior middle school students in Linfen City by evaluating the sports load of junior high school students, and to provide scientific basis for "perfecting physical education course and improving teaching level". The object of this study is physical education class sports load of junior high school students. It mainly uses the methods of literature, test, educational observation and mathematical statistics to analyze the current situation of sports load in junior middle school physical education. 274 junior high school students aged 11 to 15 years were selected, including 100 junior middle school students in the first grade, 82 in the second grade and 92 in the third grade. A total of 814 people were measured in the 27 classes of ball game, track and field and gymnastics. The results show that: (1) the average exercise load of physical education in junior high school is 3.8MET, which belongs to moderate intensity, (2) the sports load of junior middle school is higher than that of female. (3) the first grade of junior middle school physical education class had the lowest sports load, about 3.6 MET, and the second grade of junior middle school had the highest exercise load, about 4MET. The physical education preparation part and the basic part of the exercise load of the second grade of junior high school is the highest, the first grade of junior middle school is the lowest; (4) the sports load of gymnastics PE class is 3.4 MET, ball sports class sports load is about 3.8 MET, track and field physical education class sports load is about 4.0ME T. The sports load in the preparation part of physical education is the highest in the gymnastics course, the sports load in the basic part is the highest in the track and field course, and the sports load in the final part of the gymnastics course is the lowest.
