继续教育背景下山西省中小学体育教师“国培计划”研究
[Abstract]:As a new opportunity, new situation and new challenge for teachers' continuing education, the "National Education Plan" is directly beneficial to teachers and aims directly to improve the professional quality of teachers in our country. In particular, the combination of modern information technology and teacher training forms a new form of distance training and network training, a project that integrates subject experts, university professors and first-line primary and secondary school teachers to serve grass-roots teachers. To our country grass-roots teacher teaching ability enhancement has very remarkable achievement. As the platform for teacher training in the "National Education Plan", in order to fulfill the national requirements for teacher training, it is necessary to review and review the previous training projects and find out the shortcomings and improvements in the implementation process. Accumulate experience for undertaking teacher training project and improve the effect of project implementation. The main research methods used in this paper are: literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics and logic analysis. Students' needs questionnaire and satisfaction questionnaire were summarized and sorted out. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the overall satisfaction of the training teachers is high, and the expected results are achieved. (2) the students' satisfaction with the curriculum is high, but in view of the previous survey results, The knowledge arrangement of the new curriculum standard of physical education and health is less, and the content of psychological knowledge of teenagers is not involved. (3) in the aspect of curriculum satisfaction, physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, The special post physical education teachers and the replacement physical education teachers lack the ability to deal with the information network, the arrangement of scientific research papers, the teaching training and the conformity of teaching materials. (4) in order to improve the training efficiency, the special post PE teachers and the replacement PE teachers lack the ability to deal with information network, scientific research papers, teaching training and integrating teaching materials. It adopts a variety of teaching forms, among which the most characteristic is the isomerism of the same class and the practical training of teaching skills in primary and secondary schools. The students' satisfaction degree is above 97%. (5) the teaching teachers arranged in the process of implementing the project are divided into provincial and extraterritorial experts, teaching front-line teachers and expert teams, all of which cover the needs of the students. The degree of satisfaction is above 98%. (6) although the students' satisfaction with scientific research ability is high, they only have training in educational research methods to meet the needs of previous research. The combination of scientific research results with practical education and the selection of topics are not involved in the high demand of students. (7) the choice of examination methods is to correct the attitude of students in meeting the needs of students at the same time. Using the combination of process and summativeness, the students' satisfaction is higher. (8) the students' satisfaction in teaching facilities and project management is higher, and the satisfaction in logistic accommodation is lower. Among them, 1.5% of the rural primary and secondary school students and job replacement students held a "dissatisfied" attitude, believing that the accommodation and board during the training period could not meet the demand. (9) in terms of the training motivation demand, the trainees in rural areas, Physical education teachers in primary schools have a high demand for leading subjects and educational reform. Special post and post replacement PE teachers have a high demand for improving teaching skills and educational reform and development. In the aspect of training expectation, in rural areas, in order to acquire new knowledge, special post and replacement physical education teachers need more technical skills, new knowledge and new ideas.
