爱尔兰中小学初任教师入职教育研究
[Abstract]:With the development of knowledge economy and the arrival of information age, international competition has become more and more fierce since the beginning of the 21 ~ (st) century. Because the development of economy and science and technology depends heavily on the development of education, and the quality of education depends on the quality of teachers, the attention paid to teacher education in all countries of the world has reached an unprecedented level, One after another to build an integrated system of teacher education. In the teacher education system, the entry education of first-time teachers is an important part. The teachers who have just entered the post can improve their theoretical knowledge and practical ability of education, and enhance their awareness of role and their ability to adapt to the educational cause through the entry education. The implementation of first-time teachers' entry education in Ireland has been very effective and has played an important role in the professional development of first-time teachers. This research starts with the development process of Irish initial teachers' entry education, presents the system structure of Irish entry education, probes into the concrete implementation of entry education, and expounds the important form of entry education-teacher guidance system. Then it analyzes the effect and deficiency of entry education, finally summarizes the characteristics of entry education, and puts forward some thoughts and suggestions in view of the present situation of entry education in China. This study consists of six parts: the first part is an introduction, which mainly clarifies the significance of the research, defines the related concepts, analyzes the current research situation of the problem, and makes a brief explanation of the research ideas and methods. The second part is an overview of the development of first-time teachers' entry education in primary and secondary schools in Ireland. It mainly introduces the three stages of the development of first-time teachers' entry education in Ireland: budding and starting, initial development stage, mature and perfect; The third part mainly expounds the system structure of the entry education of the primary and secondary school teachers in Ireland, including the basic idea, the target orientation, the main content, the main form and so on. The fourth part introduces the implementation of first-time teachers' entry education in primary and secondary schools in Ireland, mainly expounds the basic process of the implementation of entry education, the assessment and evaluation of the implementation of guidance teachers and on-the-job education implementation. The fifth part analyzes the effect and main problems of the entry education of first-time teachers in primary and secondary schools in Ireland. The sixth part summarizes the characteristics of the first-time teachers' entry education in primary and secondary schools in Ireland, and puts forward some useful references for the development of the first-time teachers' entry education in China.
