河北省初中生学业负担评价指标体系的构建研究

【摘要】：中小学生的减负问题一直以来都被社会各界所关注,它影响着我国基础教育阶段素质教育的实施、教育质量的提高和学生身心的健康发展。近年来教育部及全国各省市出台多部减负文件以期能切实减轻中小学生过重的学业负担,但大都收效甚微。鉴于此,本文通过构建一套相对合理、完善的河北省初中生学业负担评价指标体系来对河北省初中生的学业负担进行监控,进而达到减负的效果。构建这一指标体系是一个相对复杂的过程,主要经过文献的收集与整理、指标体系初稿的构建、专家意见咨询及指标体系的验证四个阶段。本论文共包括五个部分。第一部分是绪论。该部分主要包括问题的提出、研究的意义、国内外相关研究综述、研究思路与方法以及研究的创新点。第二部分是河北省初中生学业负担评价指标体系概述。通过相关文献研究,对构建初中生学业负担评价指标体系相关的理论部分进行了论述。第三部分是河北省初中生学业负担评价指标体系的构建过程。在经过相关文献著作、政策法规及前期实践调查的基础上构建指标体系初稿,并采用德尔菲法选取30位专家学者对初稿进行三次意见咨询,对指标体系进行修改、完善。第四部分是河北省初中生学业负担评价指标体系的内涵分析。通过文献研究,对指标体系第二、三级指标的内涵分别进行阐述。第五部分是河北省初中生学业负担评价指标体系的验证与修订。以分层抽样法选取石家庄市某县城121名初二学生对已经构建完成的指标体系进行区分性、独立性及信效度分析,从而确保指标体系的科学性、可行性。
[Abstract]:The problem of reducing the burden of primary and secondary school students has always been concerned by all sectors of society, which affects the implementation of quality education in the stage of basic education, the improvement of education quality and the healthy development of students' body and mind. In recent years, the Ministry of Education and provinces and cities have issued a number of burden reduction documents in order to effectively reduce the excessive academic burden of primary and secondary school students, but most of them have had little effect. In view of this, this paper constructs a relatively reasonable and perfect evaluation index system of junior high school students' academic burden in Hebei Province to monitor the academic burden of junior high school students in Hebei Province, so as to achieve the effect of reducing the burden. The construction of this index system is a relatively complex process, mainly through the collection and collation of literature, the construction of the preliminary draft of the index system, expert opinion consultation and the verification of the index system. This paper consists of five parts. The first part is the introduction. This part mainly includes the proposal of the problem, the significance of the study, the review of the relevant research at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods, as well as the innovation of the research. The second part is an overview of the academic burden evaluation index system of junior high school students in Hebei Province. Through the relevant literature research, this paper discusses the related theoretical part of constructing the evaluation index system of junior high school students' academic burden. The third part is the construction process of the academic burden evaluation index system of junior high school students in Hebei Province. On the basis of relevant literature, policies and regulations and previous practice investigation, the preliminary draft of the index system is constructed, and 30 experts and scholars are selected to consult the first draft three times by using the Delfie method, and the index system is modified and improved. The fourth part is the connotation analysis of the academic burden evaluation index system of junior high school students in Hebei Province. Through literature research, the connotation of the second and third levels of the index system is expounded respectively. The fifth part is the verification and revision of the academic burden evaluation index system of junior high school students in Hebei Province. A total of 121 junior high school students in a county town of Shijiazhuang were selected to analyze the discrimination, independence, reliability and validity of the index system, so as to ensure the scientific and feasible of the index system.
