苏州与台北两市中小学体育教师在职培训路径比较研究
[Abstract]:Teacher in-service training is one of the most effective ways to improve the professional quality of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools. This paper adopts the methods of comparative analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and so on, and takes the on-the-job training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou and Taipei as the research object. Through analyzing the respective characteristics of the in-service training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities, as well as the similarities and differences and advantages and disadvantages of the on-the-job training organization, training content, training methods, teaching teachers, assessment and evaluation, etc. So as to improve the quality and effect of on-the-job training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Suzhou. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools surveyed in the two cities have participated in on-the-job training, indicating that the popularization rate of in-service training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities is high. (2) both cities have formulated corresponding laws and regulations to ensure the standardization of in-service training of physical education teachers; The laws and regulations of Suzhou City require more detailed hours and credits for training, while the laws and regulations of Taipei City require more detailed requirements in terms of the assessment and reward of training. Both cities need to further improve the laws and regulations of training in different aspects. (3) the main training organizations in both cities are schools, teacher training centers (teacher training centers) and the Bureau of Education. However, there are more non-governmental organizations in Taipei to undertake the on-the-job training of teachers, which is worthy of reference by the relevant departments in Suzhou. (4) most of the funds for on-the-job training in the two cities are borne by schools or training authorities, and a small number of training funds are borne by individuals alone; The proportion of individual undertaking in Taipei is higher than that in Suzhou, which is beneficial to improve the effect of training. (5) most physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities can realize the significance of on-the-job training and expect to obtain innovative physical education teaching knowledge and methods in the training; The internal motivation of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Taipei is higher than that in Suzhou. (6) the on-the-job training time in Suzhou is mainly arranged in the spare time of teachers, and the on-the-job training time in Taipei is mainly arranged in working hours. The number of on-the-job training for physical education teachers in Suzhou is more than that in Taipei. (7) the contents of on-the-job training in the two cities are mainly teaching methods and professional knowledge of physical education, which is consistent with the expected training content of physical education teachers in the two cities; In terms of training content, Taipei City has added folk traditional sports and current hot spots (sexual equality, environmental protection) and so on, which shows that the training content is even richer. (8) the main ways of on-the-job training in both cities are expert lectures, observing famous teachers' classroom teaching, and sharing the experience of teachers' peers. And the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the two cities are more satisfied with the current training methods. (9) the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the two cities are more satisfied with the teaching teachers as a whole, the experienced expert teachers and humorous teachers in the teaching site are funny and infectious, and the teachers who are good at mobilizing the audience are the most popular. (10) only half of the on-the-job training attended by the primary and secondary school physical education teachers in the two cities is assessed and evaluated, and the assessment mode is to complete the relevant homework. Writing training experience and small papers. (11) Suzhou Bureau of Education and schools pay more attention to on-the-job training of physical education teachers than Taipei City. In addition, the overall evaluation of on-the-job training of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in the two cities is general, but Suzhou's satisfaction with on-the-job training is higher than that in Taipei.
