比较优势理论在初中英语课堂管理中的应用研究

　　义务教育阶段英语课程标准的总目标是通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力,促进心智发展,提高综合人文素养。在实现这一总目标的诸多途径当中,课堂管理扮演着重要的角色。成功的课堂管理应该考虑学习者的个体差异,即学习者之间的要素禀赋差异。通过发挥相对优势的互补性,促进个体的优势发展和提高团体合作的效率,这与经济学中比较优势理论的观点是相通的。据此,本研究确定研究问题如下:（1）当前初中英语教师是如何理解英语课堂管理的?（2）如何在比较优势理论的指导下组织英语课堂管理?（3）比较优势理论指导英语课堂管理的有效性如何?对这三个问题的探讨采用文献综述法,即对比较优势和课堂管理等理论进行梳理;采用调查问卷法了解教师对课堂管理的理解,尤其是学生对管理模式的感受;采用访谈法进一步了解学生的想法和建议;通过学情分析法对实验班和控制班的英语水平加以分析,并通过实验法具体实施比较优势理论视角下实际教学中的课堂管理。由于本文是应用研究,在过去的三个月里,笔者立足于一线教学,在青岛市城阳区第二实验中学选取英语教研组和八年级两个平行班级展开研究。其中,八年级五班为实验班,采用比较优势理论视角下的课堂管理方式;...
