闽南茶产业发展中的环境法律问题研究

【摘要】：闽南茶产业兴起于唐朝时期,在宋元时期得到了快速的发展,在明清时期达到发展的顶峰,而到了民国时期开始逐渐衰落。时至今日,闽南茶产业在中国民间的影响力仍然很大,闽南茶产业在发展过程中的很多优秀做法得到了其他茶产业的认可和借鉴。在现代产业发展中,环境法律问题成为了产业发展不可规避的一个课题。本文基于当前闽南茶产业的发展现状,尝试从环境法律的角度出发,对闽南茶产业发展中的若干环境法律问题进行简单分析和研究,希望对闽南茶产业经营者有所启示。
[Abstract]:The tea industry in South Fujian rose in the Tang Dynasty, developed rapidly in the Song and Yuan dynasties, reached its peak in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and gradually declined in the Republic of China. The influence of Minnan tea industry in China is still very large. Many excellent practices in the development of Minnan tea industry have been recognized and used for reference by other tea industries. In the development of modern industry, The problem of environmental law has become an inescapable topic for the development of industry. Based on the present situation of tea industry in South Fujian, this paper tries to set out from the angle of environmental law. This paper makes a brief analysis and research on some environmental legal problems in the development of tea industry in Minnan, hoping to enlighten the operators of tea industry in South Fujian.
