【摘要】：正随着我国各项法律不断健全,以及法律教育规模不断扩大与深入发展,高校法学教育也要与时俱进地加以改革与创新。法律内容随着社会发展与进步也在不断更新,法学教育内容与教学手段也要与时代发展同步。创新我国高校法律教育的根本目的,就是为了全面推进法学素质教育,创新法学教学模式和教学手段,加快法学实
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of various laws in our country, and the expansion and further development of the scale of legal education, the legal education in colleges and universities should also be reformed and innovated with the times, and the content of the law is constantly updated with the development and progress of the society. The content and teaching means of law education should also develop synchronously with the times. The fundamental purpose of innovating the legal education in colleges and universities in China is to promote the quality education of law, to innovate the teaching mode and means of law teaching, and to speed up the practice of law science.
