中英网络治理的行业自律比较研究

【摘要】：随着信息技术的高速发展,网络空间的虚拟性、匿名性、开放性和全球性等特点导致了网络世界乱象丛生,社会对互联网行业治理的要求日益增长。传统的法律和技术手段有其自身的局限性,而行业自律在网络治理中有其特有的优势。本文主要从行业自律的角度,采用比较研究的方法,通过论述中英两国网络行业自律的现状,将二者在网络治理中行业自律的主体、措施、客体以及社会环境等方面进行对比分析,从而得出对我国互联网行业自律的借鉴和思考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the virtual, anonymous, open and global characteristics of cyberspace lead to the chaos of the network world. The demand of the society for the Internet industry governance is increasing day by day. The traditional legal and technical means have their own limitations, while the industry self-discipline has its unique advantages in the network governance. By using the method of comparative study, through discussing the present situation of the self-discipline of network industry between China and Britain, the author compares and analyzes the subject, measure, object and social environment of self-discipline of industry in network governance. In order to draw on our country's Internet industry self-discipline reference and thinking.
