【摘要】：朱元璋的法律实践中所体现出的法律合法性思想值得我们重视。朱元璋的领袖权威是其实现法律合法性的基础;"重典治国"是其实现法律合法性的保障;法律得以普遍推行是其实现法律合法性的条件。
[Abstract]:Zhu Yuanzhang's legal practice embodies the thought of legal legitimacy that deserves our attention.Zhu Yuanzhang's leading authority is the basis for his realization of legal legitimacy; "governing the country with heavy norms" is the guarantee for his realization of legal legitimacy; and the universal implementation of law is the condition for his realization of legal legitimacy.
