【摘要】：发掘先秦法家治国理政观的现代价值,实现法家思想的创造性转化,不仅能够深化对法家思想乃至中国传统政治哲学的理解,彰显中国哲学的内在智慧和魅力,而且在实践上有助于建构中国国家治理现代性和治国理政的中国模式。对于法家思想当代价值及其创造性转化的研究,国内学界起步较早,间有曲折,再度繁荣,研究领域不断拓展、视角和方法逐渐多维。而海外研究则起步较晚、否赞交替,且不乏洞烛新意。完整把握这个主题,应当客观阐明先秦法家治国理政观念的合理内核及其理论缺陷,发掘其治国理政观念的现代意义,并实现其创造性转化。
[Abstract]:To explore the modern value of the views on governance and politics of the Legalists in the Pre-Qin Dynasty, and to realize the creative transformation of the ideas of Legalists, can not only deepen the understanding of Legalism and even the Chinese traditional political philosophy, but also highlight the inherent wisdom and charm of Chinese philosophy.In practice, it helps to construct the Chinese model of governance modernity and governance.For the study of the contemporary value of Legalist thought and its creative transformation, the domestic academic circles started earlier, experienced twists and turns, flourished again, expanded the research field, and gradually multidimensional perspectives and methods.Overseas research started late, praised the alternation, and no lack of holes in the new ideas.In order to grasp this theme completely, we should expound objectively the rational core and theoretical defects of the idea of governing the country by the Legalists in the pre-Qin period, explore the modern significance of the concept of governing the country, and realize its creative transformation.
