法治社会建设在现阶段的任务

【摘要】：法治社会建设在不同的社会发展阶段承担着不同的阶段性任务。认识法治社会建设的阶段性任务,不仅有助于深入把握法治社会建设的基本规律,同时也有助于进一步明确法治社会建设在我国现阶段的主要内容和工作重点。概括地说,在当前以及今后一个较长时期内,法治社会建设应当着眼于对我国社会管理机制与社会事业发展的有效推进,应当着眼于促进整个社会的经济发展水平与整个社会的民生发展水平,应当实现全体社会成员均衡发展与引导全体社会成员遵守法律。
[Abstract]:The construction of the rule of law society has different stages in different social development stages. Understanding the stage task of the construction of the rule of law will not only help to grasp the basic law of the construction of the rule of law, but also help to further clarify the main content and work focus of the construction of the rule of law society at the present stage of our country. In the present and a long period of time, the construction of the rule of law should focus on the effective promotion of the social management mechanism and social undertakings in our country. We should focus on promoting the economic development level of the whole society and the level of the development of the people's livelihood in the whole society. It should realize the balanced development of all the members of the society and guide the whole society. The members abide by the law.
