【摘要】：正【案例】2006年年初,刘某携家人外出打工,将自家6.8亩承包地转包给邻居张大年。双方签订了简单的转包合同,转包费为每年5500元,时间为15年,未做其他任何约定。2016年2月,该6.8亩承包地中的3.5亩地被依法征收,3.5亩地将获得近11万元补偿款。刘某和张大年都找到村委会,要求补偿款应归其所有。该笔补偿费应归谁呢?
