【摘要】:正案情简介案例一:申请人与被申请人在最近一期劳动合同中约定岗位为生产课生产二系班长,申请人在被调岗前也一直担任前述职务。2014年底,申请人在被申请人组织的员工职业健康体检中被检查出有放射线职业禁忌,而申请人所在工作区域存在一定的X射线辐射,故被申请人于2015年1月出具调令将申请人调至不存在放射线职业危害的品保课检查系工作。被申请人考虑到申请人到新工作岗位需要一定的学习过程,未马上任命申请人为班长,但
[Abstract]:Case one: in the most recent labor contract, the applicant and the respondent agreed that the post should be the monitor of the second department of production, and the applicant had also been in the aforementioned post at the end of 2014 before being transferred to the post. The applicant was found to have occupational taboos in the employee's occupational health checkup organized by the respondent, and the applicant was exposed to a certain amount of X-ray radiation in his work area. Therefore, the respondent issued a transfer order in January 2015 to transfer the applicant to the Department of quality Insurance which has no occupational hazards. The respondent did not immediately appoint the applicant as monitor of the class, considering that the applicant required a certain learning process to take up a new job.
