企业法律风险的量化评价模型构建及应用

【摘要】：传统的法律风险量化评价模型基本只涵盖风险影响度和发生可能性两个维度,缺乏对法律风险后果损失率的测算。文章构建了企业法律风险量化评价模型,并在对各维度进行赋值与分级后,通过聚类分析等数学运算进行分析比较发现:加入风险后果损失率指标后,企业法律风险的测度评价更为准确和有效,模型在应用层面具备一定的实际参考意义。
[Abstract]:The traditional quantitative evaluation model of legal risk quantitative only covers the two dimensions of the degree of risk impact and the probability of occurrence, and lacks the calculation of the loss rate of the consequence of the legal risk. The article constructs the quantitative evaluation model of the legal risk of the enterprise, and after assigning and classifying each dimension, the analysis and comparison of the mathematical calculations, such as cluster analysis, are carried out and compared. After the risk consequence loss rate index is added, the measurement and evaluation of enterprise legal risk is more accurate and effective. The model has certain practical reference significance in the application level.
