【摘要】：正《法的门前》是美国经典法理学教材《法律之门》的作者之一——彼得·德恩里科与我国学者邓子滨先生共同编著的。全书共有18章,分为遵循先例、法官、价值、利益等,书中许多观点引人深思,非常具有启发性,当然有些观点也比较尖锐。姑且不论观点对错,它提供的多种思考问题的角度,对于开阔我们的视野,丰富我们的思维,大有裨益。
[Abstract]:"the Gate of the Law" is one of the authors of the American classic jurisprudence textbook "the Gate of Law"-Peter de Enrico and Mr. Deng Zibin, a Chinese scholar. There are 18 chapters in the book, including following precedents, judges, values, interests, etc. Many of the views in the book are thought-provoking, very enlightening, and of course some are also sharp. Whether right or wrong, it provides a variety of perspectives to broaden our horizons and enrich our thinking.
